   Regarding your foreign exchange and lack of customer service. I can appreciate my request for relatively unusual currencies was unusual today but, firstly I was not greeted in a friendly manner by the cashier. Secondly, she came across that my request was more of a chore and wasn't willing to help atall. Thankfully I went to the post office foreign exchange and the lady was friendly and helpful and happily provided me with some of the requested currency and ordered the rest. .I will not be returning to use your foreign exchange.

   We have had an amazing experience thanks to these guys at hays …. This is by far the best Xmas market trip we’ve had (Lille) …they arranged the Eurostar,Hotel ,foreign exchange - all 5stars !! We usually book these things ourselves ,thou there is a lot to be said for having an excellent travel agent

   Hi , unfortunately have been both into the store itself and also on the phone . Both times two different ladies have said they will get back to me with a quote and both times they have not responded and ignored my call when I phoned them to chase a quote or get more information on a holiday search. Seemed too busy to deal with my holiday search in store. Will not use again.

   Booked a holiday through these which was ok. Asked for them to do some research on a big holiday we were planning to which we got some recommendations which did not fit our brief. Asked for them to look again, this time fitting the brief, but after 2 weeks we hadn't heard a thing from them. Visited an independent travel agent with the same brief and within 3 hours, we'd had the information and put down a deposit. Will not use Hays again for any holiday bookings going forward.

   Went with an idea of what holiday we wanted and met Chloe. She guided us around the options available and even though we were picky she remained positive. Chose a holiday but once home changed our mind due to reviews (Seriously bad mosquito problems and I react badly to bites). Called Chloe and she called tour operator then called us. We could change holiday but needed to be outside 21 days and that ended at 5pm. At 3.45 we made it back to Hayes where Chloe was waiting and found an alternative holiday that was perfect. Thanks Chloe you were so kind and polite despite our inability to make a decision. Much better than booking yourself and she even checked us in! Amazing service 5 stars.

   Mel Herbert has been an absolute star. I contacted the branch to see what my options were re moving our holiday to next year, charges etc. After having a nightmare with TUI earlier on this year waiting weeks for responses, I have to say I am so impressed with the service I have received from Mel! I received a response the same day clearly explaining my options and I have now arranged to move our holiday to next year. Process was quick and efficient, thanks Mel! Will definitely book through this branch again! :)
