   I recently visited TUI Corby, and I have to say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The star of my visit was Jordan, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Jordan’s knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made planning my holiday not just easy, but enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and never once made the process feel rushed. Every question I had was answered clearly and confidently, and it was obvious he really cares about creating the best possible experience for his customers. What stood out most was Jordan’s attention to detail. He checked every option, double-checked availability, and made sure I was getting the best value for what I wanted. It was refreshing to deal with someone who is both professional and personable—he really made the difference. TUI Corby itself has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, but Jordan made my visit exceptional. If you’re planning a holiday and want someone who truly listens and delivers, I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Jordan, and thank you TUI Corby—first-class service all the way

   I contacted the Corby store to help me find a holiday to Turkey, the store replied back very quickly and found a holiday for me, I went into the store to book which was a stress free easy experience. Sadly my hotel was cancelled 2 weeks before I was due to travel, although this was less than ideal, the Corby store staff did all they could to help me arrange a new hotel and offered me a higher exchange rate on my travel money. Whilst my overall experience with Tui has not been great, Corby staff have been very helpful and did what they could to sort any issues.

   Me and my partner went into Corby store today to book our holiday for next year. A lovely man named Jordan couldn’t have been more helping searching different hotels prices etc. he was so helpful and patient with us. By the end of it we booked our dream holiday.

   We always use Tui for booking our holidays all the staff are absolutely fantastic. We have booked holidays with Stacey, Robyn and Steph, they have always been very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend using them as you won't be disappointed. Obviously Claire, Colette and Libby are also fantastic. All the staff are all so cheerful. Luv Sharon x

   I recently booked my honeymoon through Carly. Carly spent lots of time helping us find the perfect hotel, giving us lots of advice and support. We really couldn’t decide so ended up booking a place that Carly has actually visited! I would highly recommend!

   I popped in when we were struggling to to repeat this years great Tui holiday, booking on line. I met Robyn and explained the problem. With her expertise she was able to offer what we initially thought would suit and e-mail me details. Over the next week she helped further by phone and e-mail and she successfully fine tuned things to our ideal booking. What a lovely friendly and helpful lady.
