Uncle Tariq was in touch with me from few days before travelling until the last day. He made sure transport was on time for Airport PickUp/DropOff and Ziyarat.    I highly recommend Haleema Travel in Luton for Hajj and Umrah services. I performed Hajj with them in June 2025, and the entire experience was exceptionally well-organised from start to finish. They provided full support throughout the process — from assisting with a new passport and visa to managing all travel arrangements. Communication was clear and consistent, and the team was outstanding. I would definitely travel with them again.

   Trustworthy Travel agency. Me and my family was looking for a trustworthy travel agency in Luton and we were really worried because we were travelling for Umrah for the very first time. But Haleema Travels and especially brother Khurrum made sure that we were given the most reliable facilities throughout our journey in both Makkah and Medina!    I have used Haleema Travel for several years now and their service as always is impeccable. Khurram Bhai is always a pleasure to do business with and is a resident expert when it comes to the different elements involved with Umrah - so do listen to his advice! I recently came back from an Umrah (and Dubai) trip booked through them, and every part of the journey was perfect. Right from the booking stage, to the helpful Umrah starter packs provided, to the support/communication from local staff based in Saudi, the journey was a smooth one. What also helped, was the ability to customise different individual elements of my trip from the hotels, transport, timings of transfers etc. Excellent coordination, communication and planning.    I've travelled with Haleema Travel many times- my first holiday experience was so good that I booked every holiday after that through them. I also recommended them to my family and now everyone I know only books their holidays through Haleema Travel. I was a little apprehensive about booking with an unknown company at first, but their professionalism, helpfulness and efficiency won me over before we even boarded the plane. They accommodated to each of my requirements and they provided me with a bespoke holiday. We stayed in outstanding hotels, transport was provided and my family always felt safe and well looked after. We had an issue with one of the hotels (no fault of Haleema Travel) but when we informed Haleema Travel of this, they intervened and sorted out all the reservations we had immediately. I have always found Haleema Travel extremely honest. They provide outstanding value for money everytime and always give good advice, making sure they deliver as promised.
