Lovely little shop with a good range of items. If you like a charity shop it's worth a look.

My family and I regularly visit charity shops around the city, donating and supporting different causes that make a positive difference in people’s lives. Unfortunately, our recent experience at this particular shop was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. As we were browsing, we overheard staff members engaging in a conversation that was shocking and deeply offensive. They were openly complaining about the number of refugees receiving support from the council, making discriminatory comments like, ‘England is not for English people anymore.’ Hearing these kinds of remarks in any setting is upsetting, but in a charity shop—an organisation meant to support those in need—it’s especially disturbing. We felt very uncomfortable and left the shop soon after. We believe that the organisation should take steps to better vet employees to ensure they align with the values of compassion, inclusivity, and respect that a charity should embody. We will not be returning to this shop and encourage others who value a welcoming and supportive environment to consider doing the same until this issue is addressed. ——- Hi, I’ve been trying to send the following email, however the email adresa provided by yourselves keeps bouncing messages back. Following up on your comment to my google review regarding the experience I had at break - 83 N Walsham Rd, Norwich NR6 7QF. The only further detail I have regarding the experience at break - Norwich is that the conversation was between a middle aged lady who had a continuous cough at the time and a middle aged gentleman, behind the till in the break room/office doorway. There was a third middle aged lady wearing glasses who was arranging the clothing racks and was not engaged in this conversation.

I recently bought a stunning Ragdoll doll and a cute skirt from here. I pop in every few weeks to grab some bits because they've got such a great selection and amazing prices. Love this shop & the staff are always friendly and welcoming!

Been sent away three times as I was not during the drop off times. The last trip being 15 minutes after drop off time.

A great local charity shop outside of the city centre stocking a wide range of items across a number of interests including kids toys, clothes and vinyl records. Always worth a browse when nearby to help support a great charity and to find a great bargain. Friendly staff who are always a delight to chat to.

Succumbed to yet another 80s/90s Point 'n' Shoot 35mm film camera, with a zoom lens. Tried to resist but it was at a very reasonable price and in good nick. Jan also pleased got what she needed for her knitting/craft project, again for a good price. Plus get brownie points for helping a very worthy charity.

Lovely, small charity shop in the middle of a suburb. Staff are very friendly, and there is loads of stock, which changes fairly regularly. It's worth noting that, during the current lockdown status (I'm writing this in August 2020) they will only accept donations between 9-10am and 4-5pm.
