   My wife and I have just returned from a fantastic trip to South Africa with Opulent Africa. We were referred to them by a friend and although we usually book our beach holidays ourselves we were a little wary of doing this in Africa.    Booked a long held dream of a safari for our honeymoon. Right from the get go the service was impeccable. Attention to detail was spot on and John and his teams knowledge shone through. The lodges that we stayed at and drivers and just the whole experience was incredible and one I will never forget. It was a true holiday of a lifetime. I felt safe and looked after.    Myself and a friend tried to contact this company on various occasions, Each time the phone was either not answered or emails were never returned. My friend did leave a review showing our opinion on the companies facebook page but all of a sudden the review function has been removed from their facebook page altogether which shows they are covering up honest customer reviews. This seems like a strange thing for an honest company to do. We feel dreadfully let down after hearing great things from a friend about this company. We have since booked elsewhere and would advise you to be cautious when dealing with these people.

   My daughters and I had a wonderful safari in kenya woth opulent. John was very helpful with the design. He thought of places i would never have known about and the properties were amazing. We particularly loved giraffe manor and feeding the giraffes and the game drives to see rhino. It was unforgettable and we were looked after at every step. Our drivers were very friendly and made us feel safe. I have never done a safari before and was a bit nervous but now i would like to do another with opulent africa. Thankyou.

   Overall the trip was good. However, as it was an extremely expensive trip we expected meticulous attention to detail and an 'opulent' level of quality we anticipated.
