An excellent trip. Thursford Christmas show is amazing Three Star coaches give excellent friendly trips & we even had hot drinks & mince pies.
My partner and I travel with Three Star quite frequently. Every trip is always well organised, punctual and their coaches are extremely comfortable. Highly professional and friendly staff top off the experience.
Had a lovely trip to Great Yarmouth, the drivers Alan and Jonny were helpful, attentive and patient as there were individuals with disabilities and mobility issues. They also had fantastic entertainment, such as a quiz and bingo which kept us all thoroughly entertained and was also nice to engage with the other passengers. Admittedly, it was my first time booking a coach trip and I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and look forward to booking again in future !
Apologies for my previous review I have now changed it as It was based upon me checking the website the last 2 years the trips seemed more adult friendly with limited options for younger children ...I have not booked with you for some time now but upon checking the website now I see there are definitely more child/family trips available.. From past experience with threestar coaches they have been fantastic everything and really accommodating! My children and myself have loved it all from the journeys through to the trips...Will hopefully be booking something soon!
I am very impressed with the fantastic day out i had on Sunday 20th November,whilst we were stuck in traffic for over an hour the driver and escort,somehow managed to get off the motorway and help a disabled passenger in her time off need,then back onto motorway and everyone got home safely to Luton and surrounding area.Once again thank you to Colin and Isabella.
This is a great company to work for. Good family management, good vehicles to use, very well maintained by Andy and Steve, and lovely school runs and smashing customers to take out on day trips and private hire. Highly recommend. Going from strength to strength..
I reckon I've travelled with Three Star Coaches in the region of 100 times if not even well above that figure. The coaches were always very clean and comfortable and the drivers were very good representatives of the company as they are friendly, efficient, helpful and good for a laugh. A highly recommended company to travel with be it sort trips, longer trips or even to the European Mainland.
We used Three.Star Coaches for the 5 great days on the Isle of Wight with Flipper as our driver. Flipper was kind and helpful, especially towards our less mobile passengers. He drove his large coach with great skill throughput the IOW's rather narrow roads.
Great day out , fantastic service, on time and very friendly. I am disabled and had no problems at all, nothing was too much trouble for the great staff who offered refreshments and where very knowledgeable. Our driver for the day was ( flipper ), a true gentleman . Highly recommended.#threestarcoaches.co.uk
