    With a current worldwide shortage of a particular medication I need, I've visited and telephoned numerous pharmacies and have been told it's out of stock and suppliers have no stock either. This morning, I telephoned Boots in Beccles and explained the problem to the pharmacist. Again, out of stock in store and suppliers. However, for the first time, I was told that there is something available in the same "family" of medication, given the name and advised to speak to my GP. I have an appointment this afternoon and am closer to finding vital medication. Of course, the quest isn't over until it's over, but I really just wanted to say how impressed I am with this particular pharmacist, who simply took the time to consult colleagues and take a look at what's available. This particular experience gets 5 stars for excellent customer service.

    We were sent here as our local Boots didn't have my prescription medication. The staff were very helpful and friendly and tried to help further by phoning the other Boots to sort out a problem to save us a journey

    Should not be allowed to call themselves a pharmacy as whenever I go in there is never a pharmacist so they can't do prescriptions- waste of time going there.

    The pharmacy side of things has gone right down service wise in the last year eighteen months. Even after 10-12 days after I've put my regular prescription in, I'm told to come back more and more because they didn't have the stock?? Closes too many times when they are supposed to be open as well. Last time I use the pharmacy.

    Had a flu vaccine booked for Saturday which was instigated by Boots a no of weeks ago. I received a call this afternoon to cancel my appointment as there is no pharmacist available. However there was no solution offered other than book another appointment which the person who called me couldn’t do!!This is a very annoying and disappointing.

    The shelves had gaps on them where stock was missing. Only 2 staff. Queue of 10 customers!! No-one was happy. When asked if they were short staffed was told 'footfall is down so less staff'. Big disappointment.

    Shop assistant wouldn't take my advantage card on the stocard app. Said it would "corrupt" her scanner! Apart from that, all good. Nothing special just your average boots store.

    I've just had a wonderful shopping experience..I was served by Jane..I hope I have that correct..so helpful, calm and excellent customer service... Itsnot easy for staff with glasses, ppe etc. Well done and thank you. Stay safe.
