Popped into harleston boots for antihistamine cream and pills for a very nasty wasp sting the night before. The lady who served me asked to look and straight away referred me to the pharmacist who then within 10 minutes saw me straight away. It had become infected (back of my knee) and after a quick consultation I was prescribed antibiotics. Without their care I wouldn’t have known and would have probably been at the hospital today as I had no idea how bad it was. Absolutely amazing service and care from such a small branch . Thank you to who looked after me

The pharmacist at Boots, Harleston, yesterday (don't know her name, but it was 14th May 2025), was absolutely brilliant and knowledgeable in helping my family with a health issue. Local doctors, nurses, NHS wouldn't help... she solved the problem. Fantastic.

Must be the most horrible shop from Boots brand. The staff treat you disgracefully and patronize you at every opportunity, also laugh at you! Clearly they don’t care who will come through the door and give them business. Definitely avoid at all costs!

Always big queues. Staff are friendly but I feel that they are under qualified.

This pharmacy has large signage advertising Flu vaccines, which my elderly mother in law has been trying to get done for weeks. Each time she’s asked about it, she was told that the pharmacist couldn’t do them. Until today… she spoke to the actual pharmacist and they are refusing to administer any vaccines as they don’t agree with them. Absolutely shocking that someone’s personal opinion is denying people from protecting their own health. This needs sorting out ASAP, this pharmacist is not fulfilling their professional duty of care.

This must be the worst Boots branch ever.I stood for over 45 minutes waiting with only 5 people in front of me. The staff couldn't care that elderly people were standing waiting for the only chemist in town. An absolute disgrace whens they say have a word with the pharmacist and ease pressure on g.ps it will only take a minute. The shelves are not stocked very well and the shop is dirty.

Visited this afternoon, shelves need restocking. One very slow member of staff serving with the queue out of the door. Four other members of staff could be seen but no one came out to help. The one member of staff that was serving was having unnecessary conversations with customers despite the queue getting longer and longer. Not the first time of using this shop, but it is such a grotty experience with staff that just don't care will make sure we go elsewhere in future (worth the drive as being 3rd in the queue took over 25 minutes to be served!)
