Called in this morning to ask the Pharmacist to confirm what I thought was the onset of shingles. Friendly professional service, prescribed medication in approximately 15 minutes. Excellent thank you for your time.
Sent here via Gp as apparently the new system is that ailments that only require a prescription can be dealt with in here. Surely pharmacists have enough to do! Maybe that's why the Pharmacist I saw was disinterested and barely managed to speak.I did however get penicillin which todate hasn't helped one bit If this is our health care future then God help us!!
Absolutely useless store. Never helpful always rude when we go in and speak to us like crap. Especially the old lady serving, no customer service. Will be using Wells pharmacy next door.
Brilliant pharmacy. Popped in there today (Saturday) and saw the lovely ladies behind the till. Pharmacist saw me promptly, gave me a diagnosis, and within 10 minutes of walking in, I was walking out with antibiotics in hand. Thank you so much.
Went in here once to get surgical spirit after being elsewhere at no avail, they claimed they didn't have any in stock and suggested i'd try somewhere else, i responded i already done that and then i got yelled at saying it was not their problem it was mine. I think the staff is in need for customer service training. However i will never set foot in here again.
Monthly prescription never ready items missing shop closed without notice they never tell u if there is a supply issue with tablets so I have to go without till I get a replacement
Absolutely useless, they are closed more than open without warning, a scruffy bit of paper stuck on the door, which will say closed due to staff sickness or staff shortage. Can't believe Boots as a company allow this to continue, again can't access medication that's needed. If I could give less than one star would be minus one star.
My 83 year old Mum requested a delivery of her meds as she has just come out of hospital. Despite advertising a free delivery service for elderly people she was told it would cost £5. When she challenged this the respnse was 'oh'. Really??!! This is taking advantage of elderly people who often have no option - DON'T ADVERTISE A FREE SERVICE AND THEN CHARGE FOR IT......APPALLING. Boots - you should be ashamed
My medication is on repeat prescription each month, Every month part of my medication I really need is always missing, Really not good enough when they know the medication I need to have and shouldn’t run out of, seriously thinking of changing chemist as my meds are never complete
On Friday I needed something for wasp sting. I was told they didn't have anything as they have shortages of ingredients, not had it for a while, there was nothing they could do. So I went online, ordered from Boots online and got it delivered to the shop for collection on Saturda, next day. Maybe I should have given them one to sell! It wasn't what I was told, more how I was told.
