    We called in today, admittedly at just after 5pm, and found the pay desk unattended. A member of staff was checking shelves very close by but didn’t look up once to check for customers. We gave up waiting and approached this member of staff who said she thought there was someone serving. No wonder the high street is dying with this level of service, even from such a respected retailer.

    I had to visit the pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist Rob who was so helpful and helped me get the correct medication I needed by contacting 111 as I was on holiday. For me he couldn't have been more helpful and also directed me to a good cough remedy that would help my dry cough. Thank you so much Rob. Your a star.

    Hello, I always get my flu vaccine every year and as I work in retail, I don't mind paying for it. Anyway I booked on-line and made an appointment. And had my vaccine. I can't say anything against boots Cromer. The staff are helpful and friendly also the store is spacious and wel stocked.

    This is a busy shop and the staff here are always friendly and helpful. On bad days you may have to wait whilst someone needs additional help and this slows up the service. However feel we are very lucky to have a shop of this quality in Cromer.

    This shop is always clean and tidy when I have visited. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacist I spoke to when I was last in there was amazing she was so helpful and couldn't have done anymore for me if she had tried. Highly recommend this store.
