    They cancelled two Flu vaccination appointments on the bounce with only an hours notice each time. Boots website lets you book online but in reality Diss Boots don't have the pharmacy staff to fulfill the service. Went to Tesco Pharmacy got a next day appointment with no bother at all.

    Absolutely appalling pharmacy. Old woman very rude and not very helpful. Thought haldos was bad but this beats them shame for such a big company .can see why everyone is using the net if given reception like that

    Stood at the counter to buy something and no one came so I looked around the whole shop for someone the staff in the pharmacy just looked and served their que they didn't say anything to me or the other four people queuing. In the end I went over and shouted to them round the corner is anyone serving to which they just said "no" so we left and so did everyone else in the que. There wasn't any sign to say be back in 10 or an explanation very odd and the pharmacy staff didn't even acknowledge or help us. Not sure how they make any money in there without any till staff

    Pharmacy opposite seems significanty better run and I would reccomend anyone change. I waited over 10 minutes behind someone at the counter just to eventually be told I'm in the wrong queue. 5 people working there and only 1 person served in quarter of an hour.

    Fantastic, friendly and professional service from Mandy in the Diss pharmacy. My usual nominated chemist was out of stock of my repeat HRT medication which I needed urgently but I found that Diss had some in stock. Mandy advised me what to do about contacting my doctors, and she was able to sort out a one off prescription without delay so I could come and collect on the same day. Absolutely brilliant! Also, the rest of the pharmacy team were really helpful and polite...first class service!

    Went to pick up one missing prescription this afternoon ( one pre packaged box of tablets) sent from the doctors on Monday 30th January it was not ready for pick up, so we chose to wait, they said they would do it while we waited, it took 35 mins, reason given the pharmacist was still at lunch, time 3pm? At 3 30 one of the assistants went to fetch him, he signed the prescription there was no apology for the delay from anyone in the pharmacy very poor service and not for the first time ,so will be taking my business elsewhere, Boots in Diss will not be getting visited by us again after today's shambles!!!

    Was insulted by dispenser at counter when collecting repeat prescription. One part not complete (again !! .. last time needed new script and got immediately from Well pharmacy). Dispenser said I shouldn't order a particular brand of tablets... I've been taking them for over 10 years now .. sorry to bother the repeat!!!

    I went to pick up my prescription yesterday ,I stood in a queue of 5 people( not too bad, but 15 minutes in) one lady was despencing pre ordered prescription, most people had items missing.Another boots employees was at another despencing window, no serving but was doing paperwork or loading scripts ( each time I visit to collect my prescription this is going on) My main concern is a lady in front of me wanted to talk to the duty Chemist, they Boots lady looked up from her computer and asked the lady what she wanted to see the Chemist about ! the poor lady had to say "she wanted the morning after pill" I was amazed!! and the lady behind me also, how embarrassing for that lady. If computer input is required this should be done in an office. Regards Ann Goodchild
