   Awful customer service, refused emergency prescription multiple times when every other pharmacy was happy to help. Ended up giving it to me after 4 visits. Needs to be spoken to regarding how to be a decent human being.

   The customer service is really bad. I need my eye ointment which is an OTC drug and my GP has recommended as due to dryness my eyes sometimes pain really bad. My husband has been trying to request them to get this stock but it's been months and they always say it is not available and no empathy at all. He is very polite person so he requested then few times but still the response is quite bad. I had a bad dry eye episode today and needed that ointment and they were of no help. I am not sure how to request now because we have been requesting for quite some time. And they do not even say we will order it for you as I do understand sometimes it is not in stock but if a customer request you can order it for them, won't you? I really hope that being a pharmacy they have little more empathy and understanding.

   Went to purchase some much needed medication that usually cost around £11. Was absolutely shocked when told the cost was double and when challenged responded with cost of living! However, on return home checked price online and was the £11 I had expected to pay. The medication I needed was not particularly specialist and I would expect it would be on parity with paracetamol. So 50% mark up on other suppliers, how this can be justified for a much needed medication that GP's wouldn't usually prescribe when people are struggling to buy food and pay bills. Absolutely appalled, I was offered an alternative but that was still over £16. How is this fair on people when it is their health that now also.has a price!

   Booked an appointment only for them to cancel the appointment. Excuse was they basically don’t do all what they claim to do when it comes to booking online appointments. Emailed customer care, no reply. Don’t waste your time with this company

   This pharmacy is inside Sainsbury's so one good thing, open until late. The staff are good and friendly, yes can be wait at times so maybe go do that before your shop. One thing I love is they are a phone call away, they are extremely helpful, will give you good advice on the phone and have helped me to check on prescriptions as I live a 25min walk away so rather know it's there first

   The advertised hours are not for vaccinations, which have more limited hours. It's possible to book and pay for the vaccination online but then find the available times are more limited (i.e. not weekends, even though the pharmacy is open) because they don't have a regular pharmacist for the weekend. The online booking system doesn't make the limited times clear.
