The pharmacy staff are excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable and work under tremendous pressure. We really appreciate them.
Never answer the phone. Staff chat about nothing work related and clearly speak about customers in the shop. Poor lighting outside at night making you feel unsafe. Worst pharmacy ive been too.
Utterly ridiculous. Every time I have been in there its at least a 45minuite wait. Dropped my Mums prescription off at 3 now at nearly 5:30 ive popped back and its still not ready. Will be signing all the family up to a prescription postal service.
Waited 45 minutes for a prescription that was already done just waiting to be checked. Previous time they couldn't find my pre- ordered prescription. Always a very long wait. The staff are however, friendly and helpful.
A real disappointment. Lovely people. However, filled a prescription with the brand I cannot use (notes on my file and prescription paper). Then unable to get different brand. I had to go without meds as it would take 3 days for a new prescription at the GP. They sadly have different brands each time if you need a regular prescription. Decided to go back to Boots the Chemists - a further drive but always read notes and listen.

This was the 8th pharmacy I visited last Friday afternoon, to fill my prescription, the staff especially the pharmacist were really friendly and so helpful, great service thank you x
Lovely ladies and go the extra mile to help and assist. I moved my prescription collection from Lloyds Green Park who were to say the least, dire! What a difference, now total efficiency a real breath of fresh air. Just need to remember with prescriptions its not always the pharmacists fault if not ready, doctors sometimes give unrealistic timescales if urgent without knowing how busy a chemist really is! Well done ladies and thank you!
