Why the heck is it closed in the middle of the workday? I get it being closed on Sundays, people want to have a rest, but during the rest of the week? It's not that it's manned by one person either.

I've been using this chemist for around 4-5 years now. Ecellent service, genuinely caring and kind staff. Zero complaints to be held only appresion sentiments. Mr S Knight

They are all very friendly and helpful, I feel so sorry for the staff as they are following all the rules and regulations and still get abuse from the public. They have 10x more prescriptions to fill and the pharmacist has to do all the prescriptions and see to patients because they can’t get in with a doctor. So when they see a bit moody remember they are trying their best to keep it together and help so many people. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen you are all lovely.

Had a flu vaccine booked here at a specific time but the pharmacist didn't turn up, so I had to cancel. Re-booked somewhere else in the end.

Mostly good, but new girl there has a face like thunder, and constantly chewing gum, looking bored and inconvenienced to be there. Very off putting and let's the team down

Complete chaos in the store at the current time. They are overloaded with prescriptions and can't seem to find anything. Long queues and some of the staff are quite rude. After waiting for 4 days they gave me the prescription back and said try somewhere else as it wasn't in stock. When I asked for some expectorant cough mixture they had never heard the word expectorant.

Ridiculous, that they allow their pharmacist to go off for a whole hour at lunchtime, meaning no prescriptions or over the counter medicines can be sold. It’s still a retail store that should be able to service its customers who use their lunchtimes to pick up these items. Why does the Pharmacist need a whole hour every day? I know they say they are only following the rules, but I can’t see why once a prescription is dispensed and packed, it can’t just be handed over as that part of the process is just a delivery service. These days you can buy your prescription online and they are delivered by post. So there’s no difference between the postman handing you your prescription to the lady behind the counter handing you your prescription. The postman doesn’t need a pharmacist present to do this.
