   Extremely racist and rips people off that don’t understand how to system works to gain more profit. Most of the 5 star ratings and “Positive comments” are fake accounts. Avoid this store at all cost. I’ve been buying and selling items from this store for years and out of no where recently I was accused of being a thief because apparently there was a robbery that took place down London by black individuals (APPARENTLY) and because I AM from London and I AM black they told me that they ain’t taking any of my items anymore because the items i had at the time could have be stolen for all they know. These staffs at this cash converters are very judgemental and dodgy. Even to mentioned I put my guitar on BUYBACK a week before this incident took place and on the day of the incident they black mailed me and told me if I wanted it back I would have to pay extra, more than what is on the contract. I refused that offer and they then told me if I don’t leave they were gonna call the police. For no reason.

Unfortunately the phone didn't arrive as described (not necessarily their fault as could have been issue in transit these things happen) however I contacted the branch and they were quick in replying and arranged a solution.
