   My partner picked up a £30 bouquet for me and to be honest half the flowers look like they’re about to die or are already dead :( bit disappointed and not sure why these were sold the way they are or not at least heavily discounted, he was too polite to say anything. The bouquet itself is lovely but just looks past its best days

   The wonderful Katie helped us with our wedding flowers, and she did a brilliant job! From our first meeting she was so knowledgeable, asked loads of questions and it felt important to her that she understood what I wanted. Her communication was always really clear and in good time.    Libby Ferris was always the florist of choice for my mum so we knew we wanted them to do her funeral flowers. From the very first email I sent, Libby Ferris were caring, helpful, understanding and really listened to what we wanted (and what we didn't!). It never felt like we were "just another job" and the four pieces they did for us - two based posies, a coffin spray and a floral name arrangement - were beautiful.    My sister sent me flowers from Libby Ferris Flowers and I received the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever seen. A huge, generous array of very high quality blooms, expertly colour coordinated and arranged, pretty paper wrapped around and still completely fresh a week later, with plenty of life in them for a few days yet. These are classy florists with high-end skills. If you want to trust a florist to get it right for a special occasion, or make someone feel loved, count on them.

   Yesterday I received a surprise arrangement from Libby Ferris Flowers. The flowers are stunning - beautiful, expertly presented, fresh, and in amazing condition! The person doing the delivery was friendly, courteous, and gave me advice on how to keep the flowers fresh. (The photos attached to this review were taken a day after their arrival - and after I'd already taken the flowers out and put them back in the bag they came in, so some of the colourful tissue paper is missing, but I think they still show how absolutely lovey and fresh the arrangement is.) I would recommend this florist and would use them myself for future floral arrangement needs.
