   Simply 1st class service from start to finish. From Germany, contacted Flowershack based simply on Google as wanted to use local to recipient florist rather than postal/nationwide service. Request was for a non-standard, simple bouquet. I don't think it took more than 10 minutes, including waiting time for email replies, to tie it all up, including payment. And the 'pudding test' was even better - the recipient was amazed at the quality & look of the bouquet: "Absolutely stunning flowers, they are beautiful". Thank you to Katherine & team for bringing so much joy. Dankeschön und gerne wieder, as the Germans would say.

   I have used Katherine a few times now and she never disappoints. Recently we had a bereavement in the family and we wanted flowers that would mean something to our grandad. I went to Katherine with a football idea and she literally exceeded all of our expectations and created the most beautiful flower arrangement we had ever seen. It honoured our grandad exactly how we wanted. Nothing is too much to ask and she goes above and beyond to make sure you leave a very happy customer. I can’t recommend her service enough ✨

   Great service and fabulous flowers! I asked for a colour scheme and for freesias to be incorporated, the bouquet was stunning. I really like the simple brown paper wrapping which is easily recycled too. Definitely a firm favourite for me. And Katherine offers so much more too, small house plants and dried flower arrangements too!
