I had some flowers delivered that lasted about 4 days , I did get offered to collect some replacements, but due to work commitments wasn’t really an option. I think replacements should have been delivered as the original order was for that , shame as the sender was trying to use local companies.
after yet again being let down by the national florists i rang them to try and arrange a same day delivery and they were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they had me all sorted over the phone. and flowers on their way that day. another great local supplier.
I received the most beautiful boxed bouquet from a friend for my birthday. I'm not sure who she ordered them through as she lives about 100 miles away but they were absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully presented and delivered to my house. Still going strong a week later. Would highly recommend.

I phoned directly from Adelaide South Australia jast night and ordered flowers as a family member had just passed away. The young lady (Brogan) was both efficient and compassionate. I was looking forward to getting my mum some flowers for Mother’s Day as they have a lovely selection, I asked nicely if I could make up my own, and they dismissed me and said they were too busy and to pick whatever they had out front. So I just went to Beccles florist where they had lots of time for me.
