This is the beautiful teardrop wreath for my mother’s funeral. The staff at the Rose Garden couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding of our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and the wreath was perfect.
This is my second time with The Rose Garden at Gorleston, buying flowers for family funerals. Last time was good, but this time it was an outstanding experience. I was so delighted when I saw them. I was really impressed at how carefully members of the team listened so carefully to my detailed specification and how they asked me further questions, just to make sure that they knew what I wanted. They also kept me well-informed of progress. The double-ended sheaf arrangement was perfect. with lovely large, fresh flowers and foliage. So subtle and elegant. Thank you so much. You obviously enjoy your jobs and care about your customers.
I’ve just had a very upsetting experience with Rose Garden. We placed an order for sympathy flowers to be delivered today to a grieving friend. After completing the payment, we were told we’d receive a confirmation email – but several hours passed and nothing came through. Concerned, I called the store to check the status of the order. I was informed that an attempt had been made to deliver the flowers, but the recipient wasn’t in, and a note had been left asking them to rearrange delivery. I explained that these were sympathy flowers, and I didn’t want to place any additional burden on my friend, who had just experienced a loss. I asked if there was another way to ensure delivery without disturbing her. Shortly after, I received a phone call from a woman who was incredibly rude and aggressive. She told me she had already tried to deliver the flowers and was finished for the day. I politely asked if the flowers could simply be left at the door, but instead of discussing it, she abruptly hung up on me. This entire experience has been deeply disappointing. What should have been a simple, compassionate gesture during a sensitive time has turned into an unnecessarily upsetting ordeal. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Rose Garden.
Have been buying flowers from the rose garden for at least 20 years. Have always found the flowers to be the best quality. I recently brought flowers for my wife Jennies birthday. They only lasted for two to three days. The rose garden replaced the flowers as soon as asked with no quibbles. Thanks again for your great service. Mike and Jen.
I ordered wreaths for my Nan and Mum for Christmas. The delivery was very quick and both my Mum and Nan were very pleased with the wreaths. The florist wrote two notecards for me too, which I requested. Thank you!
Favourite flower shop 3 years running!!! I wanted a gothic style bouquet for when I proposed to my partner and they more than delivered! Everyone commented on how beautiful they was and communication was great, I’ve used them for 3 years and don’t plan on changing! Very happy with the flowers and service, I decided to treat my partner to some flowers and they was very helpful with their products and types of flowers and colours that would be best (im clueless) but she loved it and really good value

Wanted flowers to be delivered to 2 separate addresses, for friends whose sister had died. Although one was outside the normal delivery area, the lady I dealt with was wonderful, both deliveries were made the same day, and my friends were delighted with the flowers. Ordered some flowers as new home gift for my parents, it's always hard ordering them flowers as my mums a florist, but she was absolutely stunned by how beautiful and we'll displayed these flowers were. Thought I'd try a more local shop than flowers by post and I wasn't disappointed, and neither was my mum, thanks very much, will definitely be using them again.
