   Just home from abroad with a poorly child with tonsillitis. Making it to pharmacy before it closed was going to be tight. We called ahead and spoke to a wonderful pharmacist who took all our details over the phone to help get order ready. Got there at 6:55. Pharmacist saw us, confirmed tonsillitis and antibiotics administered. Absolutely best service. Our daughter is thankfully on mend now. We truly can't thank you enough for your help.

   I recieved fantastic service today. I called to ask them if they could help me locate my prescription issued by Rugby Out of Hours Centre. All I had was a reference number - sadly they couldn't locate with that number. The staff member was so patient and searched for my details on their in house system. Prescription was then located, I picked up my medication all within an hour. Thank you for going above and beyond.

   My father and I have recently changed to this Pharmacy and I have to say, the service is outstanding from start to finish. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They even proactively offer health screening such as BP checks, and follow up any abnormalities very promptly. Brilliant pharmacy with fabulous, thorough and efficient staff. What an asset to the community!

   Had a real problem getting a prescription for my brother via 111 service. Shelia, the pharmacist here, went way and above her duty to ensure everything got sorted out for us. She was absolutely amazing and was even willing to stay after closing time to help. Can’t praise her enough!!
