   Used to be friendly, convenient pharmacy at Tesco grocery shop until new people weren't employed and turned in disaster. Refused to sell prescribed medication if he is on his own, what a wired excuse. Will not advise to use this store, just a waste of your time to go there.

   Went to Tesco pharmacy today got their about 13:05 waited patiently behind another customer and was told we are shutting so won’t be able to serve you !! Hold on a minute your website says 10 am till 1600 absolutely disgusting what a joke ! Tesco daventry

   My recent experiences at the Tesco pharmacy have left me extremely dissatisfied. The most common issue I encounter is the difficulty in having my prescription processed. Despite providing all necessary information, the pharmacy staff often struggle to locate my prescription or encounter other issues, causing significant delays. This has happened on multiple occasions, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Furthermore, the level of customer service provided during these instances has been lacking. Instead of proactive assistance and solutions, I am met with excuses and a lack of urgency in resolving the issue promptly. As a result, I am left feeling neglected and unimportant as a customer. Overall, my experiences at the Tesco pharmacy have been consistently disappointing, and I am left feeling extremely unsatisfied with the service provided. Improvements are urgently needed to address these recurring issues and ensure a more efficient and customer-centric experience for all patrons.

   Had the worst experience here. Never have I been refused to be sold migraine tablets because I carnt remember the brand. You madam are unbelievable in your interaction with people. More training needed
