   Most of the staff are rude and miserable, the younge brown haired one has awful customer service, the two old dears were too busy eating and gossiping the entirety and one of them was rude saying she didn’t want to serve me she was too busy writing in her book, have been numerous times can honestly say there’s only one or two good bar staff there and that’s the older short lady (Lisa I think?) and the young blonde lady, absolutely wonderful experience when those two are working, but otherwise wouldn’t recommend if the first three are working

   I have driven 45 minutes to attend a function at the club, and when I have arrived, the function room was in darkness. I walked into the main bar to be told the function was cancelled. There was no prior warning that this was cancelled. I was told by staff that it was due to not having enough people attending, however I am slightly confused on how the figures would have been calculated, as there is no way to inform them of your attendance. I think that this is extremely disappointing and the staff have not treated this correctly. I accept that events are cancelled but with no prior notice and an excuse that does not seem legitimate, I understand why they do not seem to have many customers.

   We recently hired the concert hall for a birthday party and were so pleased with how the place looked, where it was located and how cheap it was to hire. A beautifully presented social club with all the facilitates you'd expect and very reasonably priced drinks. But the best thing about it is the staff, they're all so lovely and friendly and honestly couldn't do enough to help
