   Extremely rude. I can’t even go anywhere else to buy the uniform. I do not wish to support with my money such individuals but I’m forced to because they have the monopoly for uniforms in Bedford. Open another uniform shop and you will see no one comes here again. I’m disgusted with this people mainly because they are so rude and unhelpful yet I have to give them my money. I feel sick.

   Rude man serving with bad attitude. Looks like family business. Feel sorry for what looks like his wife and daughter who is polite. The store is non-compliant with GDPR. Storing personal information on notebook at till and shared with other customers. Took money but failed to call or provide the item despite having it available in the delivery. Son didn't hsve full uniform for first day of school. Store needs more staff at this time of year and better management. Will not spend another penny with that business. Better to buy online.

   Ordered, emailed them after waiting for sometime, didn’t answer but then did send the item. Took about 3 weeks in all despite stating the item was in stock. Poor communication, wouldn’t use again.

   I have been in here a few times now over the last 3 years and I've never had any problems. Yes some bits of uniform are sold out and I have had to order from Mapac but otherwise they've always been polite. The husband is of a few words, the Wife even less! Lol! Uniform is always of good quality. If there hasn't been my daughters' sizes on the rack they've always gone to check upstairs in their store room. Sometimes they've had the sizes I've needed and sometimes they haven't. My only beef this time was that last week I went to purchase uniform and it was very busy being the week before the start of school and there was only the husband and wife and no other staff available so the queue was quite long. So maybe get more staff in during the holidays...?

   I have never seen a place more ready to rip off people like his company. I will strongly advise that if you buy from here to open the packs and check that your item is clean. I bought a packs polo shirt from them and it was stained yellow straight out the packet. When I took it back for an exchange the owner refused to take his faulty item back as I had misplaced my receipt and it was over 10 days. He was then implying I could had stolen it and then walked away ignoring me. I have never seen such abominable service. From now on I shall get uniform from a reputable online seller and refuse to deal with a dispecable business like this.

   JOSENS IN BEDFORD Quality of these shoes are absolutely diabolical The manager says general wear and tear. This is not general wear and tear they are a month old and can no longer be worn The children only wear them to school and in the school playground and honestly this is the first time I've ever had to replace school shoes in a year!!! Usually shoes are replaced due to not fitting my children not because they physically cannot wear them Manager was rude and clearly doesn't know my rights going to attempt to retake them back with someone else otherwise sharing this so that no other parent buys shoes from there!!! They also don't do refunds only credit notes which is just daylight robbery because they never have what you need!!! Please feel free to share and AVOID Josens for school shoes!
