   I visited TK Maxx today and had a very unpleasant experience. As I entered and exited the store, the security alarm went off, even though I hadn’t purchased anything. I felt extremely embarrassed as everyone stared at me. I approached the security staff to clarify, and although I explained I hadn’t bought anything, I was met with suspicious looks, especially at the bag I was carrying as if I was being treated like a thief. I even offered to let them check my bag to clear up any misunderstanding, but the staff member simply said “Its fine” without any apology or reassurance. The way I was looked at and treated made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. This is not how customers should be made to feel. I hope TK Maxx trains their staff to handle these situations with more professionalism.

   Its a bit of a jumblesale inside. People dont care and just through things down and dont put things back. Its also really busy so a bit of a wait for changing rooms. Prices are pretty good though if you have the time and patience to look.

   Honestly, I did not have the best experience here. It was stressful. But I think I need to give it another go. TJ-Maxx, like most retailers, carry a wide assortment of clothing, shoes, handbags etc. Prices are comparable on some items. It was a bit difficult for me to identify staff, but......they are there.
