   I ordered a delivery online to be delivered at 19:30, it arrived at 20:10 the pizza and the starter was frozen . The ice-cream was melted and not the flavour that I had ordered. I will not be ordering from Papa Johns again. Spoilt my daughters evening as she was so looking forward to her pizza.

   Yuck! I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was awful! Halloumi fries were actually mozzarella sticks. Garlic bread doughballs.... just nasty! I think it was the dip that was dreadful, but yeuch! Pizza was just about ok. Definitely not worth the 90 minute wait. Should have gone to dominos!

   I don’t wanna be negative but this experience left me in a bad mood. I’ve never had a problem with Papa John’s. Usually the food is prompt and hot. But since having to call them and their lack of customer service skills in apologising and resolving an issue I want to highlight it. Placed order 18:15. The app shows that this was prepared and cooked by 18:23 and a driver was going to pick it up. It gets to 19:00 and it’s not even out for delivery yet. I call and they say it will be 10 mins and I’m promised that the food is fresh. Another 20 mins go by and I call again and they say the food was made 5 mins ago and the driver will be on the way. We were told the weather was the excuse as to why the driver was late and then it was bonfire night? And the food arrived 30 mins later, lukewarm and the ice cream was melted. We called a few times requesting a partial refund and a callback but since we didn’t get a call back we then requested a full refund and we just got excuses back and the guy then said he was the manager after saying to us that he was going to speak to one. Not a good experience and has put me off. I have raised a complaint online too.

   Not recommend. Not much ingredients in pizza. The garlic sauce was absolutely 1 out of 10. It tasted like butter. Not very clean staff as I could see the way they made pizza and not hygiene sufficient. I will not go back ever and will not recommend to others. If I had a £2 pizza from Tesco would be better quality as well.
