   I recently ordered from Papa John’s and was thoroughly impressed! The pizza was piping hot, perfectly cooked, and loaded with fresh ingredients. The crust had just the right amount of crunch and flavor, and the cheese was melted to perfection. You can really taste the quality in every bite. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was exactly right. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived just as expected. It's clear they take pride in what they do. Papa John’s has definitely earned a spot as one of my favorite pizza places. Highly recommended for anyone craving a great slice with great service!

   I have never had a pizza that was this badly made there's no source at all in centre of the pizza it's all bunched out to the edges of the pizza only got pineapple in olive as the topping... And somehow this pizza was dripping with grease. Dry as a bone for sauce... You're supposed to make Papa John's pizza not whatever the FUNK kind of pizza you want to make you have a formula you're supposed to follow and you did not do it. Disgusted. I swear in my mind I can see you spooning out the sauce on this pizza and you push the spoon on the pizza all the way out to the side till there's no sauce in the middle of the pizza and it's only on the edges because you're lazy. Disgusting. And cheap on the toppings. Service was half arsed. ... Maybe you should make food you know something about pizza is not your forte

   The food here is good, no complaints regarding that. We really enjoy ordering BBQ chicken pizza and peri-peri chicken or normal chicken poppers. I love potato tots but here when I ordered the ones with bacon and cheese, they had very little cheese and bacon, when I say little I mean only one out of all potato tots was covered. So if you plan on ordering that just but the plain ones as the ones that come with add ons are empty.

   We just ordered pizza from here last night. Food was great, no problems whatsoever and still warm on delivery. The only one thing they need to improve on is the app for tracking your food. It told us we had her food already which made us call the store to ask what was happening as we never did but was told the driver would be 10 minutes so maybe that is normal routine For them to Mark the order has delivered for their rating system. I’m not too sure.

   Food arrived an hour after I ordered. My cinnamon rolls are just plain dough. Garlic pizza overcook. Too tired to call back for a refund.

   I thought standards were slipping but I realised they’re not today. Friendly staff and delivery driver, warm food, well cooked food. So happy about the new festive pizza and hot dog scrolls I ordered. Word of advice, do not expect service on quieter days to be the same at busy hours! We forget that we’re only human. Many thanks to the staff this evening

   The managers don't know what they are doing, absolutely unprofessional, rude and probably not trained properly because they have no manners towards the customers, it is extremely disappointing. Came here couple of times, there was always something with the order, i had remakes, and noone informed me about my extra waiting time, but i was sitting in the shop for more than 30minutes, and it was not busy. Not coming back again, would also not recommend. (On the side note, they leave receipts lying around, with the customers data on.. WOW)
