My first order was wrong, 2 nd pizza was smothered in oil , the bottom of box was covered in oil, apart from that the 2nd pizza was wrong, I ordered the hot n spicy and I received the pepperoni hot , I was made out to be a lier , the manager said he walk call back, he never did, I’ll never order from dominoes again, order at your own risk
The delivery is relatively fast and the pizza is very salty and savoury but tasty. Unfortunately, the serving sizes for chips and the garlic dip (that comes with every pizza) are a bit smaller than you’d expect. Be sure to buy 1 portion of chips per person (even if it says it’s for two).
Ordered from here this evening! The delivery guy sat in the car with the food! Then came down with it! Told my mum the garlic bread was missing gave us our pizzas and said he would be back In 5 mins with the garlic bread! No garlic bread! Not even a call or an apology absolutely disgusted this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with them and I’m now complaining further!!! Not to mention the dough was over cooked!!!
Used to be amazing but had a bad experience around a month ago whereby the pizza was slathered in tomato puree, undercooked with barely any cheese. Hoped it was a one off and had another try tonight and the exact same thing happened, the pizza was drowning in sauce and barely edible, ended up leaving half of it. Disappointing, will be going elsewhere for pizza from now on! For the prices you charge, expect a decent pizza!
Everything is the perfect way cooked as I'm not a fussy eater but during the week before 4pm an individual pizza is £1.99 head over and try it out. 5 pizzas for £10 wow lol

We are very disappointed in the branch response to the issue we have had few weeks ago. We have ordered a pizza with Cults branch as we always did, in the last few years. We never had an issue until last time. It was a Saturday early evening, the driver delivered a pizza and for some reason he has decided to reverse into our driveway, where there was plenty space on the street. I think the driver was already on Saturday night mood with the loud music on, not paying attention to what was happening to the driveway. We have been in the process of fitting the driveway drainage. The driver decided to reverse and park on our property. While reversing he had damaged the plastic drainage, he didn't even noticed until my wife came out saying what have just happened. We have called the branch to tell them what happened and they said their insurance would pay for the damage. We have waited a week and no repose, then we have emailed I assume to the HQ to be told they have never heard of it, so we have explained again, they confirmed someone will be in touch. It has been about 4-5 weeks now and no response so far. We had an expensive pizza that night. We feel it's not fair we should pay for the repairs for the damage that Domino's pizza driver has caused.
