   Think twice before booking, important to note not father friendly!!!! Terribly let down by Water Babies for the 3rd time. We had lessons booked in for November, and paid for. We were then contacted to say our child could not start until the new year on January 5th. When my partner arrived on this date, there was no one there apart from the private owners who advised we were told the wrong date. Embarrassing. After contacting Water Babies to complain, we were offered some free sessions and a free swimsuit for our inconvenience. We were also advised someone would meet us on the day it actually starts, 12th Jan, to fit our child for the swimsuit. This was a great gesture. However, upon arriving my partner was not greeted by anyone. The changing facilities were mixed, open and small so he had nowhere we was able to comfortably change unless it was infront of other females who were also in the changing room. The lesson started immediately after the previous which meant there was no induction or welcome for new students, or parents. It was like we had been booked in mid term with. Our child had no swim attire apart from a disposable swim nappy so couldn't even join the class without the swimsuit fitting. Absolutely horrible experience, totally let down and incredibly exclusive for fathers to be able to take their child swimming. Paid alot of money upfront.
