I have a feeling that whoever prepared this pizza was blind, definitely was blind. I paid nearly £50 on 2 large pizzas like this one, not much on it and toppings missing. Poor service and overpriced.

Best pizza at very affordable price
I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I ordered a pizza for delivery and what I received was an absolute mess. First of all, the pizza arrived cold—not just lukewarm, but genuinely cold to the touch, like it had been sitting around for an hour before being delivered. To make things worse, the toppings were completely wrong. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and instead, I got some kind of veggie combination with no pepperoni in sight. It wasn’t even close to what I paid for. When I called to try and get the issue resolved, the customer service was shockingly bad. The person on the phone was rude, dismissive, and acted like it was my fault. No apology, no solution—just a lot of attitude and zero accountability. Between the cold food, incorrect order, and awful customer service, this was easily one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I suggest others think twice before doing so.
While I appreciate that Papa John's is quick to replace orders when there’s an issue, the quality has really declined—at least at this branch. The original pizza arrived with barely any cheese, dry tomato sauce, and toppings that didn’t even reach the crust. Unfortunately, the replacement wasn’t much better. They used to serve pizzas that looked like the ones in the menu photos—generous and well-made. Now, it feels like they’re cutting corners on ingredients. Given the quality and value, I won’t be ordering again. The Domino’s opposite is a much better option, both in taste and in consistency. I don’t want a dry pizza, and sadly, Papa John's seems to think that’s acceptable.
Not as advertised , always put next to no toppings on at all , stingey rip off goons , stick with dominons!

This is what I have received from Papa Jonhs Eastleigh. Pizza was smashed, cold and wet. Box been wet and opened. I did contact them and been told I will receive a refund of my payment but I haven't received anything. Extremely disappointed and would never ever order from them again. Beware
Very disappointed, first time using them, the pizza base was over cooked and chewy. The garlic sauce which came with the pizza's was absolutely disgusting. Chicken poppers were nice with hot dip that's it the rest went in the bin.
