Good place for a wide range of products including the Wilko vitamin collection. Also good that we can take the dog in encouraging us to visit more often unlike nearby stores that make us leave the dog in the car. Thank you. Only wish we could have a small area at the side or back in the cafe, one area we do not use. Thank you.

Straight up, this B&M was giving mid ancient relic vibes. The shelves? Hard pass. They were unorganized, low-key a mess, and the whole store felt claustrophobic, period. Also, the lift is actually horrific—it needs a serious glow-up and maybe a whole new life. They claim B&M stands for 'Bargains and More,' but this specific location was just boring and messy, NGL (not gonna lie). Zero cap. It's a flop.

I opted for the Click and Collect option, hoping it would make things quicker and easier, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. When I arrived at the customer service desk, I asked if this was the correct place for Click and Collect. The response I received was little more than a grunt, which prompted me to ask again. Once it was finally confirmed that I was in the right place, I was told my order wasn’t ready, even though it had been placed 45 minutes earlier. I offered to simply pick up the item from the shop floor myself, but was told that wasn’t an option and it had to come from the warehouse. I found this quite frustrating, especially since I was only trying to save time. When I questioned this, I was told I should have waited for the confirmation email before coming in. A manager then came to speak with us and explained that there were staff shortages, and that our order would be next. Eventually, another member of staff came over, asked what we were waiting for, and promptly went onto the shop floor to collect the item—something that apparently couldn’t be done earlier. The whole process took around 30 minutes, which, compared to another customer waiting 45 minutes for an order placed two hours earlier, made our experience seem quick in comparison. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The initial member of staff at the desk showed shockingly poor customer service skills, which reflects badly on the store as a whole—a real shame, since the manager we spoke with was far more understanding and helpful.

The Range – Shrewsbury: Great Value and Plenty of Choice The Range in Shrewsbury is a reliable go-to for those after variety, affordability, and convenience. Situated in a handy location with ample parking, it's easy to pop in whether you're doing a big home refresh or just picking up a few essentials. The store boasts a wide selection—from homeware and garden supplies to arts, crafts, and seasonal décor. It's especially strong when it comes to choice; you’ll rarely leave empty-handed. While the quality of some items can be hit and miss, the prices are hard to beat and often make up for any shortcomings. If you're looking for stylish bits on a budget or just enjoy browsing for home inspiration, The Range is definitely worth a visit. It may not always deliver premium quality, but the value and sheer breadth of products keep it a popular spot.

Disappointing food not a crisp toastie as you would hope and the fries were soft too. Staff were nice though… quite expensive for what it was. Came in just over £22 for two toasted baguettesand two drinks But there are good deals to be had as you can see on the menu. It’s accessible for all too which is a positive it just wasn’t a good experience for me. (Apart from the nice staff!)

Love going to The Range. Not the best experience last visit. Purchased a large picture in the sale, picture had one price on it, till another. They wouldn't honour what they advertised it at. The staff weren't bothered about the price difference. They just asked if we still wanted it. They complained about being short on staff. Not a pleasent experience.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE! I had arranged my delivery for last Friday, the time slot I received fell directly during my child’s nativity, so sadly I had no option but to miss her nativity to stay in for the delivery. 4pm (2 hours after my time slot) I receive a message saying simply that they couldn’t deliver due to unforeseen circumstances. I re arrange delivery for the earliest possible date which was 5 days later. Delivery arrived as planned, but the chest of draws were smashed to bits. The online contact number is a total scam. I have been waiting on the phone for 3 hours and 24 seconds. There is no sign of them answering. I’m not stuck with a broken chest of draws ! It’s 6 days until Christmas and my sons one and only present is his room being re decorated. I will not stop until I have complained to the highest possible level and warned everyone about this disgusting company ! I’ll be boycotting the range from here on out! You have ruined Christmas for my son and there is no one to even speak to to get my money back to try and order something else before Christmas Day!! Shame on you !

Love this store although getting messy and still don't price half of the stock, just causes issues at till when have to keep price checking. If show photo of label showing price they still refuse to honour. Shame as wide variety, always come away with something but could be so much more successful if priced product. Only other negative is that always group of managers discussing an end or display, no interaction with customers and don't move when customers trying to shop.

We have always been fans of The Range as it covers such a diverse range of goods, but we were disappointed on our last visit as their electrical range is not as good as it used to be. That is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. That aside the staff are always polite and helpful and the store is laid out logically.

A nice airy general store, mainly home furnishings and decorative items but also a good range of garden furniture, crafting materials (paints, canvasses, lastels) and a small cafe upstairs. Competitive prices, lots of parking
