   Visited today and play area was good & staff were lovely, no complaints there. The access toilet however was disgusting. Went in to use the baby changing facility and the toilet was dirty with no running water to wash hands. The sink also had brown staining coming from under neath the tap & a container on the floor underneath with brown liquid inside. No sign or warning about no running water or any alternative to clean hands with by the sink.

   Amazing little place. Food and service really good. Attended the Halloween Party and the staff never left the children they were always doing something with the kids. Well done Maisy & Chloe you smashed it.

   Kids always love it here. It’s as expected for a Wacky, a bit dated in parts but good value and fun for the children. Phillipa, on shift, was a legend today. Cheerful and calm even though she was single handed and the place was really busy

   Not a pleasant experience! The place wasn't clean, my granddaughter asked what was the black on the chairs, it was chipped paint. Had to ask the only attendant to mop an area of juice spilt on the floor. My husband asked for coffee but no hot water, a cold coffee was offered instead. Little supervision of children who 'controlled' the play area. The whole place was in need of refurbishment. It's a child's play area yet the toilets don't have a step stool or small toilet seat for kids. To be fair the attendant was doing her best on her own. What a contrast to Macclesfield Wacky Warehouse with trampoline option. A waste of money. We stayed half an hour which was too long!

   We come here most Monday afternoons with our toddlers, Rebecca is absolutely brilliant with them and they love the soft play. I have only knocked a star off because the bathrooms are in need of some tlc, the disabled/baby change doesn’t lock and they look like they have been painted by a blind man.

   Play area is pretty good, but slightly limited for under 2s. Also the food isn't that great. Took ages to arrive as we ordered between breakfast and lunch, but we weren't told it wouldn't be started until 12. Staff are friendly, but need to give customers the full picture!

   Sarah, Sophie and Rebecca are always amazing and very accommodating. They always make sure everyone is catered to and the place is lovely and clean and tidy. They are also extremely friendly and create a lovely atmosphere for our children. Run by lovely kind people. Thankyou for a great experience girls.

   Had a party for my daughters 6th birthday at the Wacky Warehouse. From booking to the party everything was done so easily, even when I had some last minute changes. Sophie & her team couldn’t of done more for us on party day and all the children had a great time!
