   I had a really lovely time at Zizzi with my family and friends. We were also given complimentary champagne as were celebrating a special occasion and it was very kind of the staff to do so. The food was amazing, I really enjoyed my seabass in particular. My only issue with it was that it didn't have enough salt on it but I was easily able to fix that myself and the other seasonings on it were perfect. The rest of the food including the dessert was also delicious and other members of our dinner party also enjoyed the meal. I had the chocolate brownie with ice cream for dessert and it tasted absolutely decadent - it very rich and filling.

   I visited Zizzi in Wokingham with my family and had a very pleasant experience. Queenie provided excellent hospitality throughout our visit. She was polite and friendly, and when we asked about the festive menu, she explained it clearly and gave us helpful recommendations. She was very attentive and knew exactly when to take our dessert order so it arrived at the right time, not too early. We also didn’t have to wait long for our food, which made the experience even better. Queenie checked in with us at the right moments and made us feel comfortable without being intrusive. We were very happy with both the food and the service. We hope to be served by Queenie again on our next visit.

   I ordered a take away as I'm staying in a near by hotel and I have a few dietary requirements. I ordered gluten free lentil Ragu. It was amazing. So comforting and fed my tired self. It was layered in flavours of rich tomatoes and plenty of lentils!! Absolutely amazing. Service was great as well! I'm now a Zizzi fan and will be checking out a chain near where I live!

2. Dash O'Dash ★☆☆☆☆

   Didn't get to eat here as they were booked up in advance, however I did spend 4-5 minutes at the door being ignored and walked past by the serving waitresses before they even acknowledged we were even there. Whole restaurant could see we were to be at least greeted and asked if we had a booking. This type of hospitality needs training out, as anyone with a mouth can look and say we will be with you in a minute. This did not happen. Fair enough they could not seat us, but do not have people waiting that long as we intended to leave even before being told, due to this. Politeness costs nothing.

   Food was great,really tasty, highly enjoyed by everyone,wish I taken some pictures but it looked so good I forgot! Service was a bit slow but they were busy and they comped a dessert as it took a while to come out, however staff were super nice and friendly and tried to check in as much as they could. Would recommend but I would book at the weekend

   The food was very nice. We had a mistake where we asked for my daughters sauce to be separate and it came with it on but it was quickly sorted for us. The only negative was when the kids ordered popping candy with their pudding as the waitress said they had it, then the next minute she said that they had a stocking issue.
