   Just purchased via Deliveroo, and it's embarrassing what we got. The portion size from Kokoro in Eastleigh is ridiculous. On delivery their takeaway sizes are smaller than their in store sizes. I just took my order from home in store, walked in and checked their food counters for alternatives... funnily enough they are larger. However the best is when I walked in and the Deliveroo delivery driver made a comment saying that 'they've already done a refund for it' and the young guy with black hair behind the counter began bitching about it and said he 'didn't care'. If you cannot serve food portions correctly for online delivery don't do it. Looks like you were running out of food and giving scraps. Southampton and Poole Kokoro are amazing. Staff fantastic, food has more choice and variety and never had an issue and they're always so busy! Half the staff look so unhappy in Eastleigh when their management are in and clearly it's passing on with their attitude when they're not there. Also your team have purposely unplugged your landline as I called whilst standing outside the shop. Voice message has been left for your management team.

   The service quality is poor, and the portion size and taste are worse compared to other Kokoro branches. I ordered a spicy pork dish, and the pork had a strong unpleasant flavor with a lukewarm temperature. I do not recommend visiting this branch.

   The portions were significantly smaller than other Kokoro restaurants. If they standardised the large portions, I'd be happy to change this to a higher rating. Other restaurants would usually pack it to the brim but this was just disappointingly small, it was almost as if the staff were avoiding the food. Otherwise it was decent, flavours were impactful and textures weren't lost in the sauce, as expected. Edit: I have never seen such a small amount given in a Kokoro in my life, where the lids were so easily removed without difficulty.

   A very poor experience after a brief look up and expecting so much more. Noodles were cold and meat so salty was as if we had waited for a home delivery for an hour. However we ordered fresh in store. Our sides to eat in were cold and served in paper bags and the skewers we had we handed to us from one hand to another and we had to hold them until our main was poorly portioned up. Then asked would you like ketchup on a skewer we were holding. What!! £39 poorly spent in and out without even a Thankyou for your service

   Wonderful place. Food is always hot and freshly made. Staff are welcoming and friendly with always a smile on their face. Portion sizes are very generous. Don't even think about it get some food here immediately!

   Have enjoyed takeaway 3 times now. Better when collecting as delivery took forever to arrive. Staff are helpful but very new and didn't know the menu. Scored low as my last order they gave me an incorrect dish that wasn't at all to my taste - had to throw it away. Particularly enjoyed the katsu and koroki.

   Absolutely lovely little place (: The food is delicious, I've had both the hot food as well as the cold gyoza and sushi available. You get your moneys worth as the portion sizes are very generous, and the staff are kind and welcoming. Definitely continuing to visit as a regular customer x

   Fab new place in Eastleigh. Chicken Katsu is full of Chicken they just keep cutting it up and putting it in. Great range of sushi. Something a little different in the local area and it tastes great. Fab value for money and the staff are wonderful. Good luck to everyone involved my taste buds are going you can make it.

   Excellent addition to Eastleigh's restaurants with a mix of Korean and Japanese. Had spicy pork which was lovely and the two x spicy symbols meant I shed a quick tear. Vegetable stir-fry and pork gyoza we're excellent, looking forward to sashimi, sushi and kimchi next. Portion sizes were good and the service was informative, would highly recommend.
