   Came in with family today for a meal and have to say I could not be happier we chose wagamamas. Food was delicious and served quickly but the star of the show was the service. Staff were all attentive, friendly and efficient. Our server Aline was fantastic. Checking we were all OK and enjoying our meal aswell as interacting with my 1.5 year old daughter. Made the whole evening so much better and genuinly very impressed with how she acted bith with professionalism anf kindness.

   Accessibility was great. I have a broken leg and can't manage stairs yet. We asked if they have an accessible entrance and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. Showed us to a side entrance where a ramp was put in place. Choice of table to be most comfortable at, and then after we had paid the ramp was already waiting for us - no need to even ask. Nice big accessible toilet too. Aside from that the food was also great!

   We had booked a table for 8 of us for a family birthday celebration lunch. Some of our party were late arriving but the staff were very understanding and let us have the table for an hour before ordering our food. James, our server, was friendly and funny and kept us supplied with drinks and snacks until we were all together and ready to order. The food was delicious as always and the meat-eaters, pescatarians and vegetarians were all pleased with their choices. Thank you! And see you again soon…

   Visited Saturday evening and it wasn't too busy. I require gluten free and my order was taken and marked appropriately. I also asked for the chilli squid because it's marked online as not containing gluten, however it's not in the GF menu because it is cooked in the same frier and therefore they cannot guarantee it doesn't contain traces (which I am fine with). This was lovely! I would love to see gluten free soy sauce available though. My husband had the steak terriyaki soba which he said was not as good as other wagamamas we have been to. The steak was a lot thinner and a little overcooked. Service was good and I will go back if in Winchester

   Loved the facade and the atmosphere. The restaurant it self looked wonderful. Unfortunately, the staff did not match the energy you need to feel welcomed. It felt dull and gloomy, the staff was unethusiactic, rude and unwelcoming. Had to sit there for 15 to place a order even though the restaurant was practically empty. Same with trying to pay. The server just weren't in the mood to work, overall was a sloppy, melancholy and unenthusiastic service.

   Fantastic place, highly recommend. Hopefully you get the pleasure of meeting Raf. His service and care was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, which is becoming more of rarity. He set up a wheelchair ramp, was very attentive, Vegan options were brilliant. Highly recommend and look forward to going again, Thank you Raf, Chef and your amazing team

   By far me and my partner's favourite Wagamama. I love the decor - the two floors really goes well with the low lighting and the wooden entrance. The service in here is fantastic, and the food is always served as requested. I've never had an order come out wrong here! A brilliant Wagamama in the heart of a historic city.
