I ordered a pizza with 2 dips, the pizza arrived with no dips, i pointed it out to the driver who called, they said there was nothing they could do because they were closing up, I only eat pizza with dips, so the pizza went in the bin, just eat refused to refund me anything.
Told me it would take 30-40 mins for food to arrive only took 30mins for food to arrive arrived fresh and hot was soo happy recommend highly
I try not to leave negative reviews often but the way I was treated when addressing an issue has left me feeling disappointed. Context: I ordered 2x plant based veggie supremes. They’ve got this wrong in the past a few times so I showed the lady the item on the mobile app to make sure she understands it’s the plant based one. Got home realised regular cheese was on there so I returned with both pizzas fully in tact and tried to address the issue amicably. No fuss, mistakes happen and I’m not trying to embarrass anyone I just want pizzas that suit my dietary requirements. The Lady was so rude putting all the blame on me even though I showed her the item on the menu when I ordered. It’s not my fault she didn’t look properly, there’s a reason I showed her and didn’t just say. And when that same rude person makes your replacements it does make you feel uneasy. I didn’t enjoy these pizzas at all because of this situation. Won’t be ordering from this branch anymore. It’s a shame because when they get it right the pizzas are delicious. But I don’t like the way this was handled. Didn’t get an apology (Not that I needed one but it’s the principle). Very bad customer service when things go wrong.
Nice but the prices are shockingly disturbing lately, unfortunately. The 'deals' are terrible, really poor value. It's a shame they have choose to follow capitalistic over-inflated pricing and have become very similar to Domino's Pizza, which means it's a future cancellation and it's genuinely unfortunate because it didn't have to be like that. I hope they change fast and don't aim to be like the rest. Do better Pizza Hut, the customers are the only reason the company thrives, or not.
Order once in a while from this place but every time I’d delicious would definitely recommend
Had our food delivered and because driver is scared of dogs he didn’t complete the order. Rang the store and they accused my dog of being dangerous. Even though the dog came outside, tail wagging to say hello (no growling or aggression). Manager was unhelpful and clueless, sent driver back out who posted the rest of our order through letterbox. Awful service, go Domino’s.
Always been great when we order from here but not ordered for a while. When we did I track it on the app it said food had arrived but 8 mins later still nothing so called them. Was told 2 mins. 7 mins later it arrived and it wasn’t as nice as normal. Cheese normally still melting when cut a slice of pizza but this time was hard.was luke warm. Nachos was over cooked and cold so threw away. Would normally ring an complain if just me and husband but our 8 yr old was hungry and wanted his tea after a long day out! Won’t be ordering from these again for a while if ever.. will stick to pizza man or dominoes. So disappointed
So we ordered our food at 7:30 ish, we asked for delivery to come at 8:30, they came at 9:10 so 40 minutes late when they’ve had an hour before delivery time to prepare their food. Wouldn’t have been too fussed but our food was cold, we ordered a half and half pizza they mixed the toppings up when they were simple, we called asked for another because we just couldn’t eat that cold food. Took them half an hour to make a new delivery which was an improvement for having taken an hour an 40 mins for the first time, they took our old pizza and sides back. It was at least hot this time and the right toppings but they put too many toppings this time the red onions were piled on as thick as the pizza itself and was raw, the garlic bread was barely warm and so dry. My first time with Pizza Hut and definitely my last.
