customer service was awful today my work ordered pizzas to my work and the delivery driver refused to drop our food we have made a complaint to head office , we couldn’t leave the store he was asking us to walk at least 5 minutes to collect the food which we had paid a delivery fee of £3.50 on top of the food order . The manager ended the phone and refused to give his name and refund do not recommend ordering from this store !!!
Absolutely disappointed. I’ve been ordering from Domino’s for years, and I have never received pizzas as sad and poorly made as the ones I got today. I ordered two “Supreme” pizzas, a Vegi Supreme and a Tuna Supreme and what I received was anything but supreme. Both pizzas looked like they were thrown together in a hurry with barely any toppings. The Vegi Supreme had a few lonely bits of vegetables scattered around like they were rationed, and the Tuna Supreme had such a tiny amount of tuna that it felt like a completely different pizza. For the price I paid, this is honestly shocking. The quality and quantity have dropped drastically. Domino’s used to deliver generous, well made pizzas, but whoever made these clearly didn’t care even a little. Bland, empty, disappointing, the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. I really hope management sees this, because this level of carelessness is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, the order was prepared incorrectly and the subsequent handling of the issue by your staff was highly unsatisfactory. I had specifically ordered a pizza with extra marinara sauce, however, the pizza was delivered with no sauce at all. Upon contacting the store to report the issue, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. I was informed that no replacement pizza would be made, and when I asked for someone to view the order to confirm the mistake, no action was taken. This experience was extremely disappointing, not only due to the error with my food but also because of the poor standard of customer service I received. I believe that this situation falls well below the level of quality and care that Domino’s promises its customers.
What a disgusting mess really. Not a lot of "passion" in the pepperoni passion. There's barely any cheese considering it's meant to be "extra" and the dough is completely undercooked. Not to mention the box looks shook up. It's inedible folks. I love dominoes but this isn't the one! If you like "Dominoes pizza" you will be disappointed at this place. Complete waste of money. Over 20 quid for 1 pizza and dip delivered, and this sad soggy bland mess turns up are you mad!? Should lose their franchise license this is so far off a Dominoes pizza.
This is the best Domino’s Pizza outlet in Derby, all members of the staff team are super friendly,. Special mention to Amir who’s always incredibly helpful and kind on each one of my visits.This is Highly recommended Domino’s Pizza . A big thank you to all of you. I look forward to my next visit. Dominos has got FAR too Greedy!!! After coupons, the price just went up a further £8.00 to £78.00. Recently found a private local takeaway providing same size delicious pizza for almost HALF the cost. Dominos driver told me their business is down by 50%. I can understand why!!! In addition, the last order turned up with very minimal toppings on. Economising on toppings at these prices is just a slap in the face. You have lost a long-term customer, Dominos. Time to pull your socks up.
Just ordered a take away pizza to be delivered tonight. It took nearly an hour and was stone cold when it was delivered. They kept telling me driver was stuck in traffic. . Only delivering to Normington in derby.
Order most weekend as a treat. Never had issue. Only down side garlic bread very doughy and pizza topping ratio never looks like it’s pictures
