I bought a samosa from this place and it was clearly spoiled. It had a bad smell and sour taste. Very disappointing and unhygienic. I will not recommend this shop.
I have very great experience with veggie master . Specifically i will strongly recommend master fries,noodles burger and paneer tikka burger. The staff is perfect, friendly and representative.
Made an order today for delivery. Their own website kept saying waiting for store to confirm. 1 hour later still no update when order number was given and money was taken. Phoned the store to ask for an update. The lady on the phone said she hasn’t received any order, she said to order through uber eats. I told her the money has already been taken so can I get a refund, she said I’m not sure how to do that, I’m new here. I asked if there is anyone working there who knows how to process it. Then she said again that she is new there and doesn’t know. I phoned the Birmingham branch to ask if they knew the process to get a refund. The lady on the phone there called the Derby branch and spoke to the same lady and then took my order number and phone number. Never phoned back! Basically the customer service at veggie master is shocking, communication is not upto standard, their website has glitches, not sure how a business like this is upto trading standards. Even the hygiene rating is 3 out of 5 so it’s just satisfactory. Company is doing the bare minimum to pass standards. There are plenty of veggie/vegan food places so I definitely do not recommend going here!
Avoid at all costs. I don't know what has happened to this place but they accept orders on their website via Order Yoyo and the food never arrives. They take the money and no order email is given, their phone number doesn't work so you can't contact them to chase. Having to do a charge back to get the money back. Don't waste your time.
Veggie Master is hands-down the BEST vegan/vegetarian place you'll find in this area! This has always been my GO-TO since I found it, it is my No.1 for amazing comfort food. Dine-in, take-out or delivery, all fantastic! The woman who works here deserves a medal for the effort that she goes to, to always ensure the friendliest atmosphere and service, and the most delicious meals. Some of my favourites are the vegan southern fried chicken burger with the v" nuggets.
I ordered 3 items from this restaurant. It took over 2 hours and the food still had not arrived. Upon calling the restaurant they were most unhelpful and instead of trying to remedy the situation they were trying to place blame elsewhere. Even to the extent, I was told to order the same food tomorrow, with absolutely no consideration of the order placed today and if vulnerable people were waiting on the food. Absolutely disgusting behaviour of all staff involved there. If I could give them a negative grading I would. Please do not order from these people.
Don’t normally post reviews but this was amazing. So pleased to be able to have a vegan kebab and it was on a lovely soft fresh naan. The delivery man was also very polite and friendly. Will definitely be ordering again! Thanks!
This is how my chilli bites arrived. When I called complaining the lady admitted they didn't look right, so I asked why they would then send this out to a customer. I asked for a refund not once through the whole call did she offer a refund know and admitting it was there fault she said someone would come by and give us the refund, but I am still waiting. Very poor customer service. It's not about the money it's about the principle.
Genuinely the best vegan takeaway to exist! Always consistent, flavours are incredible, delivery always on time and super friendly! Could not fault, worth a try even if you’re not vegan! Wish I could give more stars!
Food was cold and there isn't even enough material in it as you can see in the picture (it's not the first time it has happened either). Edit: the owner replied saying that these complaints have only come from me but if you scroll through the reviews you will see that there are more. I've also had other people telling me the same thing, so I'll advise them to post reviews next time.
