Been getting my pizza from Burton’s Caspian for 18 years and it’s still unbeatable. I’ve tried other Caspians, but none come close in taste or quality. Always consistent and always spot on
For some reason ordered pizza on Sunday, it was amazing, but ordered on Tuesday, pizza was nearly the same as other places.

I was ordering a pizza from here and when i opened the box almost whole my pizza, had been splashed with some disguisting pink sauce and when i called back to the restaurant they only said that it happens.

Extremely rude on several occasions and hang up on me this time I called. Why? I don't know. Whoever picks the phone is always in a hurry. This no way to treat a frequent customer.

This place used to be good but not anymore. The manager needs to learn basic customer service and learn how to talk to people properly. Over the years, I've paid the same price for a pizza but a particular manager was going to rip me off by charging me extra. As a matter of principle I didn't pay this yet he was willing to have an argument over it to which I asked for my money back and got a pizza elsewhere. Furthermore, the prices on just-eat and their website is way more expensive than in-store. Always order via telephone because the price online is almost double to what's displayed in the takeaway.
