It was absolutely terrible, I ordered from the restaurant, and it never showed up. I could not contact them because the number provided from uber did not work, if you want to wait around for nothing to show and for no contact with the restaurant place an order if not I'd try somewhere else.
First and last time what a discousting meat in greece kebab don't tell ppl its polish food because its not. Not recommend at all!
Very Irresponsible! Wasted my time waiting for my order via uber. It says it will be delivered via merchant so their staff should deliver the order. Waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and nothing came up. It's only 1.6 miles away from me. I also called their phone number but it's not working, I can't connect... If they cannot deliver the orders or they are short of staff to do it, they should not have accepted the order and let people wait for nothing!
Absolutely lovely friendly service, staff are family friendly and delivery is great. I usually have the halloumi burger with being veggie! I’ve recently tried their mushroom calzone from the new menu and the garlic and hot dough balls. AMAZING! And great value for money. Thankyou ☺️
The kebab there is amazing and I've ordered a regular size and I barely managed to finish it, it was huge. It was delicious and full of flavours and definitely will come back. The staff was great and whilst waiting for my food to be prepared I got the opportunity to chat with the new owner and it I can't wait to try more from his menu as he will be adding new stuff. Can't recommend this place enough.
What can I say probably one of the best kebabs I tasted and the pizza baguette is delicious well worth a visit
I went there today with my partner and my mother in law and her partner, my mother in law ordered 10minutes before us. She had exactly the same order as me and my partner, when we were ordering lady was saying we will have to wait for our meals around 20-25minutes due high volume of orders after 40minutes we have asked politely about status of our order, lady said they can do a refund if we are not happy to wait. 10minutes after that we were called to collect our order, even tho my mother in law didn't collect her order(she was called 25 minutes after us). In summary of you like to order in place you have to expect your food in around 60minutes and you are not allowed to ask about status of your order. One of the worst customer service I ever experienced in past 10 years
I have ordered food on Just Eat today which should be ready for collection in 20 minutes. When I arrived on the time my order has not been even processed and I've been asked to wait for another 15 minutes. After this time when I had to wait in my car my order still wasn't processed. I understand that a Friday is a busy day but it is a fast food and even in the restaurant I am served faster. So after all I've been told to buy some can of soft drink and wait outside for unspecific time for my food. After all of this I gave it up and went home hungry.
