Spent over £90 so many dishes wrong, tried to make out we ordered things that we did not. Then acted like she couldn't hear me wouldn't use this place to grab big orders decent for small bites tho
Seemed very quick, 5 meals ordered, everyone very happy.. top jjob done
Food used to be really amazing but over the last year she’s been rude been told not to order from here again by the woman as I was making sure the food dint have the following food in there IE prawns and mushrooms and it’s not so she got offensive over it the attitude is not good the food is cooked and delivered with in 10 mins very quick for my liking the food can be hit and miss sometimes the best thing is chips and curry sauce
Don’t order from here. We pre ordered at 5pm for delivery for 7pm, called when it had not been delivered at 7:15. Spoke to someone and said we needed to cancel it as their card machine is not working however my bank has said the money had been taken. Apparently it’s happened to a lot of people but had we not called we wouldn’t of known. Money has been taken but no food. we were advised to order through just eat which we did. Was due to arrive 30 Mins ago- said 60 minutes for delivery and has now been 90mins, called to ask for an update and was told it was 10 mins away. Called again 15 minutes later, said couldn’t find my order and put me on hold. Asked me to call back so they could call a driver (it would take them half an hour to call me back due to their phone system so best for me to call back) now said the driver will be 10 mins. Absolutely shocking service! Pre ordered originally at 5pm and now still at 9:15 and no order received. Tried to call back and they have turned the phones off.
Only place i will go for Chinese hope it never changes only reason for 4 stars is sometimes the delivery is a little long overall love it
1hour and 50 minutes rang them back they have not even cooked the food yet. Not good there reply was I don't know how long it will be.
Fantastic food after finding this takeaway as a close competeters food left an after taste which lasted 3 days. I'll never go back to Overseal.
