Must Have has always been 10/10, delivery is incredibly quick & food is piping hot. Tastes fantastic & doesn’t taste cheap!
Ordered food online, food arrived and found part of the order was missing. Called the restaurant and they had a new item sent out within 15 minutes of the call! Great Service! Will definitely be ordering from here again!
Arrogant man on the phone. Whimsy putting the phone down on me when I’m describing my order. Specifically rang them to make sure the sizing is correct as previous times I’ve definitely felt mugged off. And now I get a box of salad. Cheers boys
The shish & kofte kebab for £14 ladies and gentlemen. Absolute joke, it wouldn't even feed a child. It also arrived late and cold. There's not even a handful of meat. Not to mention most of the so-called "meat" that is here is fatty. I took one bite and spat it out. I wish I could give 0 stars, do not recommend. Honestly amazed they are still in business.
FOOD MISSING FROM ORDER. Rang to say about it and spoke to a man with no customer skills at all, "na listen tho yea, snot us problem yea...." trying to say that their order form was wrong so the bits shouldn't have been added despite showing on my order confirmation. Not impressed at all. They refused to send food they had missed or refund it. Basically stole from me. WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN
I use this kebab shop all the time I know the owner well however tonight 7/1/21 I asked for medium doner and chips well done!!! I am so upset got home with the food hungry and totally put off the meat was stone cold how can they serve food like this ??? It is second time it happened to me the only time it is good when the owner is at front watching. Really upset my night. I called up and a refund will be given but I have to go back in even though paid by card check your food before you leave!!!!
