   Ordered a mixed wrap and portion of chips , the chips was the cheapest chips u could buy and was rank , and thats the good bit , the wrap was totaly vile dripping with grease and tastless , there so tight they wrapped it in 1 sheet of paper to save them money and when opened bag it was full of grease ,it was like the whole thing was dipped in the chip fryer , shame on u pete .

   Placed an order on Uber Eats. Paid £15.48 for a large Doner kebab and £15.48 for a large Chicken Doner. You can see for yourself we received a medium if that! The quality of the meat wasn’t worth the price either let alone the portion size. The nachos had cold grated cheese instead of the cheese sauce paid £7.49. The chips (fries) were served in Chippy wrapping paper, which meant by the time the delivery arrived they were cold. Istanbul Grill you seriously need a to re-consider your prices and portion sizes as this is outrageous (Photos speak for themselves).

   One rude member of staff making jokes about religion when asked a simple question about the food not really funny when you are just collecting your food, even making comments to my children! It was supposed to be a joke but wasn't funny or needed.

   When you are charging for delivery. The least the drivers can do is carry the food in one of them 'warm' bags during these colder times. Food arrived luke warm, large kebab - more like a medium.

   Lucky to even get one star. Proberly the worse kebab take away we have had. Ordering was no problem, however the price is a rip off for what you eventually get. We had a small straight forward order which took them an hour and 15 minutes to cook and then another 20 minutes to deliver. Not only was the food cold, but the person who delivered was very rude and basically threw my order at me from the other wise of the door and went here you go. I was also given the wrong change as well. Not to mention the fact when she knocked the door I though someone was trying to come through it! When we sat down to eat it was just a disgrace. My burger looked like it had been thrown together. My onions, BBQ sauce and cheese was on the outside of the burger and leaking over everything else. The kebab was greasy and cold same as my son's kids meal which was also missing his orange juice. The large chips looked like a small chips. All in all I wouldn't order from here again. Very disappointed as just moved to the area and new to the place.

   My go-to. If you're looking for an all rounder junk food takeaway/delivery place, this is seriously it. They do EVERYTHING and they do it very well. Tastes amazing, generous portions, speedy service. Been coming here for years, it's not even particularly local to me so I've tried plenty of alternatives that would be more convenient but this place is just too good.
