   November 2025. Late lunchtime visit, not as busy as expected. Only about five tables being used, during our visit. Service was very good, as experienced on previous visits. Staff very helpful and polite. Food very good, a very enjoyable visit. Bank Holiday lunchtime visit. Not very busy on arrival, but the restaurant very quickly filled up.. Food ordered on their app, service was very quick . Starters and main courses were all very good. Staff were also very good

   The worst coleslaw we have ever tasted . Asked If it was homemade, the server told us yes!? And then informed they'd changed it recently . What to the cheapest brand Nandos could find. Garlic bread disgusting. Staff were there but not there.. Just no natural enthusiasm!! Will never go back again.

   It's really nice and since visiting this one for the first time it's much nicer than the one in town (West Quay). The main food menu is delicious, nothing to moan about but they didn't have a few items on the menu. This didn't affect me as I wasn't interested in what was missing on the mains but for dessert I'd missed out on the hot chocolate pudding, instead I had the gooey caramel cheese cake and it wasn't great. The service was good and the place was spotless.

   disappointed today. Normally nandos is routinely good but here i was not impressed. a small portion of sweet potato wedges was not enough for 2 people. Also served without any dip. Other locations give you a bowl size full Chicken was barely grilled and I understand it being busy with half term but far from the nandos grilled standard I usually expect. Corn was also dry and tough, not as nice as the soft plump corn as is normal. The only redeeming quality was the crew kept checking up on me with good service but I would've rather preferred tastier food tbh. Avoid this nandos and head for somewhere nearby as this was to put it quite frankly poor for nandos. I've included photos of my meal at Eastleigh.    As usual nandos does not.dissapoint lovely food great staff and lovely service HOWEVER careful going into the place of the door handle to the glass front.door is held on with duck tape very unsafe

   I’m always waiting way beyond what’s acceptable whether I pick up or sit in. Do not bother with the website order at a certain time as it’s never ready. It seems a disorganised restaurant.

   Very disappointed Went out for a lovely meal with me and my boyfriend. They couldnt seat us right away so told us they would text us when a table would be free and said probably 20 minutes(which was absolutely fine). 40 minutes later we came back still no text and asked and they said that they tried but it didn't work, we were eventually seated and ordered easily. The starts and main came fast and tasty and the waiters were lovely. Sadly the desserts never came we waited about 30 minutes before we asked a waiter and he said they had none left so they could give us a refund or some brownies. We asked for one portion of brownies since we were full and they said they could refund us. Neither happened the restaurant emptied out and we never got dessert. We left disappointed and with no refund. Overall, good food bad customer service

   Food was hot and tasty, limited sauces available, no hot ones any more unfortunately. The lady who served us was awesome, really helpful and welcoming too, she was racing around working very hard, deserves a raise! Unfortunately it’s rather noisy in here, best to go about 1.30pm.
