   The customer service of your managers is disgusting. We were served food that had moths in and when showed to the manager his response was ‘ew’ and walked away. Then another staff member handed us some more fried and expected us to be fine with that. It what world is it acceptable to serve food with dead creatures in it and not even offer a refund for that particular item. Wasn’t even able to take a photo because the item was taken away so quickly. Sort it out.

   We were tempted by the new 100% beef burger, and we went to the restaurant, but the experience with the wire found in the penultimate bite turned everything upside down, very dangerous

   If I could give it 0 stars I would. Waited for 20 minutes for my food just for all of it to be cold. My chips were cold, hard and unsalted, my onion rings were rock solid and my lettuce looked gone off. I couldn’t eat my burger knowing the lettuce had touched it. Waste of money and petrol getting it

   Currently sat in the drive through waiting - It’s been almost 15 minutes and there is only one person in front of us, seriously? Not exactly ‘fast food’ is it? All we ordered was 6 chilli cheese bites

   For birthday lunch my nephew wanted Burger King. He usually chooses the other burger place but we all thought hey, let's try it. OMG was that the wrong decision. The touchscreen ordering system wasn't working properly, had to enter the order three times before it accepted it. There was no paper to print the order number (I could live with that part), the order took 20 minutes to have our number called out. In that time we went to sit down. The table was sticky with old ketchup and pieces of french fry, the floor looked like it hadn't been washed in days, other tables around us still had trays and rubbish on them, and I know the diners are encouraged to clear up after themselves but not everyone does. When the food arrived it was luke warm, the drinks dispensers only had half the options available and on one there was no gas to make the drinks fizzy. After spending £35 we begrudgingly ate what we ordered and cleared up after only to find the bins were full. The place wasn't overly busy so some of the staff could have focused on keeping the place clean and tidy. Needless to say we won't be visiting again any time soon. My advice "Enter at your own risk"

   You can tell why McDonald's does so much better from the moment you walk in. Vague staff , and a very bland eating area. The order screens slways take several attempts to get an order though, one not working properly anyway, got my order less an extra patty I paid for , they didn't believe me do had to go get my burger then couldn't work out the problem, after 3 attempts they realised, then spent 5 minutes adding the missing patty, because they just kept making new burgers instead of spending a few seconds adding to my burger, pretty inefficient .

   As always at BK the food was way too expensive. Tasted ok although portions were small. Staff were quite slow but we're doing the best they could. The atmosphere was spoiled by badly behaved families.

   Same old . Burgers are freezing cold. You ask the question if they know how to cook hot burgers. You get answer everything is good and hot. But it's not. Still cold. Why why why I ask very blunt replies from most staff members. Would only like a hot burger

   . My burger was excellent but the drink from the multi-flavour machine smelled and tasted weird, I wish they'd go back to regular drinks dispensers. Order was served without dips. Seating area feels like the kind of place where you don't want to hang around.
