    Order was made without any mistakes. All I will say is for a delivery, especially one as far away as mine, cold drinks shouldn't be put in the bag with the hot food. By the time it got to me, it was absolutely freezing. Alot colder then when I have had subway in the past and brought it home. I expected it to not be piping hot but not freezing. Please in future, put drinks in separate bag.

    I had a sub jacket potatoe, the food was not hot, just Luke warm, chicken was fridge cold and very little cheese. Highly dissapointed, I normally enjoy a sub. Can't recommend the spuds. What a shame

    Clueless! I ordered a footlong meat ball sub with sweetcorn and bbq sauce! The female staff put onions in my sub! Witch am allergic of! She side your ordered onions in my sub! witch I never! She got rid of the onions! But she never gave me a new sub! She gave me the same sub when she put the onions in! Plus I don't like the Sall service in subways! You can't see them putting what you want in your sub!

    Was just reminded why I haven't been to Subway In Totton in ages! Ordered a Philly Steak footlong, with other items, and I paid extra for double meat and double cheese. Sat down, took one bite and realised there was no cheese. The manager had arrived since I sat so I went to ask for the cheese. He rolled my footlong open in his hands and then said, "There is cheese there." "Where!?", I said! He pointed at a couple onions and said, "Right there." I obviously looked confused at this, so he went and picked up a tiny spoon and told me the girl serving used that to measure it out. But, still no cheese visible. Definitely not double cheese. You'd expect to be able to identify it when rolling out the entire sandwich flat, but mo. None to be seen. At this point, anyone with any customer service training would offer something like maybe a spoonful of cheese that I can see being placed on my sandwich. But, no... I'm sure you'll agree that my sandwich looks nothing like their advertised sandwich. MUST remember not to go there again any time soon. Sooo many better choices around. I can only assume they've had so many complaints about this, which is why they've renamed Philly Cheese Steak to simply Philly Steak..!! Yet, cheese and paying for double cheese are still on the ingredients.

    Would give 0 stars if I could! Me and my partner came here for some lunch, the veggie options weren't clear on the menu, so we asked what was veggie. We were then told that they couldn't tell us what was veggie and to check the allergen guide. So to our dismay we did, and asked for the T.L.C which was out of stock, so we asked for another option which was also out of stock. So we asked what they have that's veggie, they again said they couldn't tell us. So we ended up ordering the veggie teriyaki steak. The service was terrible and the server ZEID was rude and clearly just trying to usher us along even though there was only 2 people in the queue behind us, he even missed my order out and moved onto the person behind me. After we finally got out food, we left to eat in the car. My partner opened her sub to find a couple of hairs in it which was clearly the servers. So I took the sub back and asked for a refund. The server was again very rude and unprofessional, told me that he knew I would be back for a refund when he served me, I told him there's no need for that. We just wanted some lunch. He opened the til, put a £10 note on the counter (even know we paid by card and it cost over £15) told me to take it and to leave the store. I am absolutely appalled by this service and will not be returning here again. Me and my partner have 2 decades of hospitality experience between us including subway, and this is not the way to treat a customer, regardless of how busy you are. All we wanted was some lunch and now our day has been ruined by an incredibly unprofessional man, who should clearly not be working in the service industry. I would urge anyone to stay away from here.

    I’d never heard of ‘subway’ but I went because I really like subway surfers app on my phone. Really nice sandwich but the highlight for me were the cookies!!

    Visited this Subway on way down to the New Forest. Plenty of seating and a large subway but was let down on speed of service. We visited at 11:45am, there was one customer ahead of me, however I was in the subway for 15 minutes waiting to receive my two 6” subs! The lady that served me was pleasant but randomly served someone else who jumped the queue at the till point for a coffee. The subs were fine and tasty. The toilets were clean and the restaurant seemed clean also which was nice.
