   Visited today. Domingo was very helpful, super kinda, so friendly and such a lovely soul. For a McDonald’s, a wonderful service from him. Thank you for all the help and a fantastic atmosphere and service Domingo!

   Teach your workers how to make a bloody burger it's literally not hard. Especially when all they do is make them for a living!! Half a lettuce in the bun, sauce was absolutely pouring off of it like it had just been bukaked. Was cold as well. Sort it out!!! Or find some new staff

   I went in here yesterday there weren't any customers yet all of the tables had rubbish on them. I asked one of the Staff members too clean a table for me ( i'm disabled and have a walking aid ) and she looked at me then walked away so I asked another member of staff he did apologise and cleaned it for me, he said there was a spillage upstairs which took three members to clear it up that's why the downstairs with all the rubbish and bits of food laying around wasn't cleaned up but there were plenty of staff standing around talking that could of done it. I also had to use the disabled toilet and the floor had alot of water on it which made it quite slippery and there were no warning signs on show!

   Wow ok, probably the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to.. They have two drive through lanes, but will happily let you sit in one lane for about 10 minutes, while taking the orders of all the cars on the other lane! When they close, they dont say anything, they just stop talking on the ordering thing, then just close the windows on you and ignore you! The food is mediocre at best (even for a mcdonalds), the milkshake machine never works, and it takes them forever to process an order! At busy times, you can lose at least an hour from arriving to actually receiving your food, when you do eventually get your food, there's often something missing! So much for "fast food"... Don't go there any more, it would be quicker and cheaper for me to go to the supermarket round the corner, buy the the ingredients, and make my own!

   They literally never have milkshakes asked so many times to be told the machine is out of order over many months! Place inside is often filthy and a lot of the staff are quite abrupt and rude I know it’s a McDonald’s but there’s no need to be rude. Occasionally though, there are a couple of lovely helpful staff who seem to care about their job.

   Not even worthy of one star to be honest everytime we order from McDonald’s the food is stone cold . Just ordered a chicken meal combo and paid for it to be delivered the meal comes with sauces and they were not put in the bag . When we contacted the restaurant we were made aware to come and get the sauces ourselves after we paid for delivery and then the blame was put on the delivery drivers when there the ones that put it in the bag . The senior manager made us aware that she was the most senior member working and passed the buck onto just eat and done nothing about the situation maybe they should look at recruiting staff that have customer service skills and business management .

   The drive thru was very busy so we parked up and went inside to order. The loos smelt like bubblegum and were very clean! Our food was good, perfect eating temp (hot/warm) and the coke the right mix!! Wish this was our local mcds

   Massive wait for food everytime I've used this branch. Half the time it comes out cold. Avoid and just use the one at Millbrook as it's significantly better.
