   Chickitos has been our favourite we never like to try pizza anywhere but extremely disappointed. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and service I received with my recent pizza order. First of all, the pizza was not fresh at all—it tasted bland and lacked any real flavor. the size of the pizza was noticeably smaller than what I have received in the past. When ordering through Uber Eats, the pizza is always full-sized and freshly made, but when ordering directly from Chickitos website, the pizza arrives much smaller and far less fresh and never tastes the same like Uber Eats. My instructions are not followed. What I received all I can taste is cheese and bread, which is not what I paid for. I usually never write reviews, but I feel I have no choice because I continually spend a significant amount of money, and time after time the quality and service are extremely disappointing. Even when I clearly several times add specific instructions, they are ignored. I am very strongly dissatisfied with this experience. I will not be ordering again. When customers spend this much money, the least that should be provided is a properly made, fresh pizza.

   Ive ordered from hear a few times now. Every single time, they forget a drink. For example I'll order 3 drinks get 2. Order 2 get 1. This has happened multiple times. First few times you think to myself, forget its only a can however when it happens on a regular basis, it takes the micky for sure! Call them up they said no,no,no you got all drinks. Why would I waste my time calling. Honestly I won't be using them again!

   Over an hour and a half and still waiting for my order! No way to complain online either. Won't be ordering again from here! Update: its now two hours and still no delivery! Beyond annoyed at this point! Just not good enough!

   I had a terrible experience ordering from Chickitos. I ordered a beef pizza through Uber Eats, but someone from Chickitos called me and asked if I would accept a chicken pizza instead. I wasn’t offered any refund or proper option, just told that’s what they’d send. When it arrived, the pizza was disgusting — the chicken tasted old, like it had been sitting overnight, and definitely wasn’t fresh. On top of that, Uber Eats doesn’t care or support their customers when things go wrong, so don’t expect a refund. Save yourself the money and frustration — don’t order from Chickitos, especially through Uber Eats.

   Food was slightly raw, fries slightly uncooked. Please always check. My food came 15 mins after my wife’s. Toilets etc really dirty and smelly. Hygiene is really important.

   Ordered online a few times now and it's always been top notch. I can't comment for the dining in experience but takeout has been superb It's delviered within the hour most of the time and living 3/4 miles distance, that is quite impressive. Food is always piping hot, I espically like the burgers. I've had the pizza's a couple of times now and whilst they do taste good, sometimes they feel a bit dry and could do with a bit more sauce on it Overall Chickitos is a safe bet and the food is always top quality

   Parking is available but is limited it’s a first come first serve basis there is cctv that covering the parking space outside which is a bonus . The food it self was a little bland and prices are a little expense for what you get Cleanliness could be better the bathroom extractor fan is full of dust and has live electrical wires exposed

   I ordered the garlic pizza and chicken peri pizza which was cooked very nicely, loved the square pizza ideas. I dont normally like crusts but this crust was decent. Peri chips were crunchy and tasty. I'm looking forward to having some more pizzas
