   Worst fish and chips I’ve eaten in my 64 years. Chips so soft and almost mushy (though I will agree they were hot). Fish was terrible - it was cooked to order - saw the person doing the frying get it from the back room - just noticed it looking grey before it going in the fryer. Person behind me ordered the same so took good notice of the look of the fish before being fried - no way was that fresh. Batter on freshly cooked fish had no crispness to it whatsoever and the fish inside was inedible. I’ve written over 1500 food reviews over the past 15 years and this is only the second time I’ve given 1/5. Most of it went in the bin. Never again.

   We dropped in with a massive last minute order. The staff are amazing and friendly, and so helpful We really can't thank you enough for today, everyone was really happy with their lunch. We can't wait for our next big chippy lunch!

   Always lovely food from here and had a fresh cooked fish that was great! I wouldnt usually leave a review but feel like I have to say that the owners attitude and treatment towards his staff was not nice to see or hear, I was the only customer after an elderly couple left and could see the staff visibly getting worn out by the constant orders off their boss being asked to do 3 things at once. I wanted to ask the man who served me if he was okay! Not sure if we will return as customers as the attitude of the owner has let the shop down

   This place Closes at 8. Call at 7.45 - cannot buy chips because they close in 15 minutes. Literally only wanted Chips from a chip shop that was open and was turned away.

   Beautiful fish and chips! We rang our order through (9 of us), when we arrived to collect it was all ready to go and the order was spot on when we got back. The staff did a wonderful job, it was the best fish & chips I’ve had in a long time!
