Dined in at a busy time after school, And the visit was still pleasant, seating area was very clean despite being busy and the staff were very friendly couldn’t do enough for people.
Walked in the door and welcomed by big smiles by the Owner Ramandeep & Sarah and they made my chicken wrap and nachos within 5 mins start to me paying what quick service with big smiles.
We come to Subway for food for our local referees during local tournament, well priced and fast service today by Ramandeep & Sarah with lots of smile and asking about our day and making us feel like we have been customers for years. We will be be back because of them 2
Been shopping at subway Sinfin for some time, each time I have been in I have had nothing but a positive experience. The manager is and has always been polite, efficient and friendly, even when dealing with a number of trainees, busy but professional. Although, generally, the seated area is used lightly on most days, it depends what time and the patrons using the service, I have seen it empty and I have seen it fully. There have been occasions when dealing with aged customers where patience has been given freely. The place is welcoming and all the staff are polite and friendly as well as effective with the job at hand. The food is always fresh and well presented.
Absolutely disgusting service, ordered for delivery and waited over 2 hours for a simple sandwich, no updates and restaurant uncontactable. Will never be ordering from here again!
So the girls serving prioritised Uber Eats orders rather the long line of people waiting in the shop - so we were waiting for 20 minutes or so. When my time came, they didn’t have the TLC ingredients. This really annoyed because they’ve not had TLC for the past visits.
I went in this subway today at 12.30pm I was served at 12.50pm there was one person serving and another interested only in the just eat orders. What a joke, the whole of my lunch break taken up with waiting for food. I will not be going there again.
I ordered a veggie patty 6inch as I was waiting at the counter the manager was filling ham onto a bap she had disposable gloves on then she put salad onto the same ham bap but much to my disgust and having done food hygiene courses myself she should have changed her gloves before touching the salad. It is not nice for vegans and vegetarians to watch this bad food hygiene practices. The manager should be teaching other staff too.
