   Update, I have heard from a supervisor who apologised, and by way of explanation told me that they were training new staff today and hoped they would do better the next time I visit. A welcome on arrival and asked to enter my registration into a screen so they didn't get a parking ticket then I was shown to a table and handed a menu. I made several attempts to catch the eye of the waitresses as they moved around serving other customers but I was totally ignored and left without having the ALL DAY BREAKFAST I was looking forward to.

   When we arrived we were welcomed very friendly and got a nice table by the window. We got the menu a had enough time to decide. We ordered a the Beanburger and a Bacon Cheeseburger, Cajun Fries and two Diet Cokes. We later also ordered two milkshakes which come very American like with the shaker. Food was very authentic and both burgers and the fries tasted very good. The milkshake was delicious and it’s a huge portion. The restaurant is like an old American diner and we spent a lot of time, looking at all the signs and things from the U.S. Definitely will be back!

   Me and family visited here today and had a great time. Jo and the team were very welcoming to us. We were quickly seated in a nice booth, and the team were ready at hand to take our order. I ordered the crispy chicken burger meal, while my partner ordered the bacon and cheese beef burger meal. Our daughter had crispy chicken with fries. I think it was safe to say that we all enjoyed our meals! We couldn’t go without having a cheeky dessert… Me and my partner shared a biscoff cheesecake (with added banana, which we requested) while our daughter had a chocolate ice cream cone (which is part of the kids meal offer - where you choose a main, drink and dessert). The desserts were sooo good! I think we will definitely be back again! Thank you so much :)

   The food is amazing and cooked to perfection! Callum was really helpful with choices and gave us plenty of time between courses. Offered us a private booth seating which was perfect for me/my son who loves coming here too! Highly recommend! There is so much to see around the diner, this is our third visit!

   Lovely place to eat an authentic American burger. Happy to see such a big variety of burgers. Photos bellow shows a 6oz double cheeseburger and a simple 2 fried eggs and bacon with chips. The burger was massive but really fresh and tasty. Staff was really friendly!! Big thumbs up!!

   Such a beautiful little place to eat. Makes you feel like an American diner. Pictures on the wall are so American. Clean and neat. Can get busy and you have to wait but in the UK it seems normal. Loved it. Just missing the jukebox with music. Kids under 10 eat free and it consists of a meal, juice, and dessert, so will be worth it.

   We visited OK diner on the way home. The decor was nice. The staff were very pleasant 2 ladies. The food wasn’t great though. My partner had a hamburger and wasn’t happy with meat quality. I ordered a hot dog with sweet potatoe chips. The food was eatable but would definitely not come back to have it again. Well, we would come back, but only for milkshakes. They were delicious!

   Went this afternoon and there was a half an hour wait to be seated - even though there were seats available in a closed section near the rest rooms. The tables became available but the staff took an age to get them cleaned and new people seated. We were sort of hurried into ordering which didn’t feel comfortable at all. The milkshake was nice and tasty. The mixed grill was not great, the bacon was dry and burnt, the beef Pattie was very dry. The sausages were very average and the fries ok. Not great to be honest and not good value for money. Won’t be coming back in a hurry.

   Went for the first time for dinner yesterday. Staff were a little short handed but still did everything so efficiently and with a smile. Our waitress Nicky was fantastic and really helped make our occasion special. The food was also very tasty, especially the burgers, milkshakes and the cheesecakes! We cannot wait to return soon!
